    Hey, im taking 5 mg of tadalafil as a pre workout (gives me insane pumps) besides this vitamins,minerals... Used to take up to 10 mg of creatine but it makes my blood pressure higher.... Omega3 and that's actually it... Cheers🎉

    • @VPowerlifts
      @VPowerlifts 5 месяцев назад

      @@realpain84 Hey, are you only taking Tadalafil for pumps? 10g of creatine is absurd, anyone shouldn’t take more than 5g a day. It’s good you take the rest omega3, and same as mine. I don’t think creatine makes you have high blood pressure, it’s the fact that you were taking 10g per day? And that really makes the kidneys work so much harder and kinda impossible which reflects on your heart. If you were just taking 3/5g you maybe wouldn’t have this issue. Maybe you overdosed and kidneys were overworked.

    do you think it makes a big difference to do cable laterals with the cuff and behind the back? I do them too but just with a handle and in-front of my body. Only started doing them recently but i like them. Also its so busy when you go to the gym lol. Theres a reason i go at 5am.

    • @VPowerlifts
      @VPowerlifts 5 месяцев назад

      @@zackcraft7204 hey, there is a bigger difference when you use cuffs, I never used to use it before 4 weeks now. As it eliminates the wrist working while holding handle, attachment to pull. This way you can stack more weight with the cuff and get stronger as your forearm is a good stabiliser. Doing laterals behind the body, so at the back give you extra stretch and range of motion, this way your shoulder is always stretched, even at the bottom when usually there is no resistance. The cable pulls you back so having it at the back is way harder and better for growth. I know it’s always hectic I go around 2/3 pm and it’s always hectic but I try having 2 meals before I go to feel stronger and better. Some people are different and prefer morning because is quieter which is nicer true, but for me I feel very weak and I haven’t eaten much at that time. I did it for 1 year when I worked at the gym and my workouts were really bad and weak. But everyone is different :) do whatever feels good for you.

    Its good you could get some answers from another healthcare system, even at a monetary cost. I live in Canada which is a similar situation to NHS (maybe a bit better from what you've said) but you are pretty much at the mercy of waiting for the public healthcare system here as well.

    • @VPowerlifts
      @VPowerlifts 8 месяцев назад

      it was worth going away and finding answers sooner. I am way more peaceful now that I know it all. You are right about it. I did not know, Canada has a similar 'free healthcare system as NHS' where the waiting list is months long for you to just be seen. That is really sad and I wish it wasn't this way, where people waste so much time waiting and hoping to just be seen and get therapy asap. What a shame ...

    The content you creating is so interesting and useful, but I personally think that 1080p video resolution is just not enough in 2023(almost 2024) year...the second thing - in order to diversify the video content I think it would be more interesting while talking on front of the camera to occasionally insert some photos or/and short videos on the topic you are talking about. Peace and wish success to the channel!!!!

      First off, a huge thanks for your kind words and constructive feedback. It's awesome to hear that you find the content interesting and useful-that's exactly what I aim for! I appreciate your point about the video resolution; I'm currently working on upgrading my equipment to bring even better quality to future videos. Also, love the idea of adding more visuals-I'm totally on board with that and will start incorporating it into my upcoming content. Your input is invaluable, and it's great to have viewers like you who are engaged and supportive. Thanks for being part of this journey, and here's to growing and improving together! Peace and much success to you too! ✌💡
