Tip for driving on the roads: in mudrunner (i have no experience in snowrunner yet) it really helped me to go in first person and drive more with the steering wheel then by looking at the tires/where the car is really going.
You can both unpack your cargo on a trailer and remove it with a loading crane. Otherwise when a trailer is attached you can delete the cargo from the function menu. Also you can add some free money by taking the trailers they give you and sell them at the trailer store. You get all the money you spend in return when selling anything. So you can purchase a fuel trailer, refuel your vehical and then sell it back for the same exact money you spent.
Even better: if you find a trailer that contains unwanted cargo, tow it somewhere roomy and firm, detach it, then tip it over by winching it from its side. The cargo will fall out. Then pull the trailer back upright with your winch, reattach it, and go on your way. This is better than simply deleting the cargo, because it leaves the cargo on the map in case you need it for some later mission.
When discovering the Scout 800 around the 30:20 mark, instead of also recovering the chevy, use it to make a trip to the nearby upgrade location. This will save you the hassle of needing to go in the future and also get yourself a nice upgrade at the beginning of the game. (Pro-tip: if you need extra fuel, refuel yourself with the scout 800 before recovering it to your garage)
Yes, that is what i do in the play through episode focising on the Chevy :) and you should always think about truck to truck fuel swaps, esp when recovering! xD
One thing you should do is spend some money on the fleetstar crane, leave the garage, attach the trailer with the metal beams that is parked right next to the garage, unpack the cargo, use the crane to remove the metal beams and leave them next to the garage, then sell the trailer and the crane. It's an easy 3k that you get, plus it's an opportunity to get familiar with the crane controls which will come in handy further down the road, and having a free load of metal beams waiting near the garage is great early on because a lot of projects in Michigan require them and this saves time on driving all the way to the town warehouse or the factory.
Pretty well the best way to start! At the end, once you have your fleetstar it will make hauling trailers off-road much easier. The gmc is still perfectly adequate for hauling one-off loads off-road and trailers on-road. Loved the vid! Thanks for sharing
You can also set some pretty precise waypoints on the map so that you don't miss turn-offs. On PS4, it's R2 to set one, L2 to remove the last one (or hold L2 to remove all.) It's hard to zoom in enough to set them precisely, but you can hover over a waypoint, then hold R2 to grab it and allow you to move it.
really, but it's a highway truck. I got it totally by accident because i specifically went exploring to try to get the H2 which I knew was up there but didn't want to look for the exact location. in the end I got that Royal too. So is it actually capable even without diff lock or awd?
Best truck is the tayga from Russia get that ASAP. It’s mud tires are incredible. I loved the white western star tho in the beginning and the international Paystar is a solid truck Then you want to get the Pacific P16 from drummond island also soon as you can. It makes hauling the oversized and drilling rig trailers a breeze
Just letting whom it may concern know that when pulling stuck vehicles out of mud or water use trees as a brace while winching! Makes the process so much quicker and easier!! Love this game! Though would like it if I could actually turn my wiper blades on while inside my truck!
Wat I did is get the trailer at the place where you load the steel, unload the trailer so it is empty, go straight to the sawmill to load planks and the go to the bridge, you can handle that objective at once
If you are in the chevy and attempt to cross the flooded out patch. Do it on the left not the right unless ya want some big engine damage numbers. (Just learned that one today)
When you get the raised suspension for the pickup, don't go down to the road, carry on the dirt track, you find an engine upgrade, another watchtower (stay on the ridges+outside of the mud, the Water is shallow), the scout 800, then you can Either recover both trucks, or just the scout 800. If you recovered the pickup, then go to the second right, ford the stream, it isn't deep enough to deal damage to either truck (but don't use the scout 800, it is horribly tippy), then continue down the track until you find the left turn up to the watchtower, then pull back and go to the GMC MH9500, then grab the trailer from the lumber mil
I don't know if anyone has said this but you can remove the cargo directly off the trailers and onto your truck bed with the crane add on. I did that today
Great playthrough. Had a few good tips. Especially about not quite listening to the tutorial. However... As you picked up the first truck. That is right by the lumberyard. You could shave some time picking up the trailer first and then drive over to get the metal beams. You still unload the metal first at the bridge.
I know it says to work in one map. And clear it. I did that. But, I also recommend after doing the first map. Move to Alaska or Russia and do the first map there too! The first maps are easier to go through than the second maps. You will also get different trucks that are very similar that you can sell as well as a bunch of trailers that you can sell. Also your rank will go up much quicker. I wish I would figured this out much earlier in the game it would have helped my progress go much quicker too.
I totally agree in terms of getting on with the game 'proper' but I wanted to see what the base model Loaf could do! The scouting showed this will very a challenge to get loads around for sure xD It is useful to know how the map relate to each other, thanks for the info!
I found that the 2nd map in Michigan was super annoying given the placement of the fuel station in a corner. Ofc hopefully any1 seeing this will come to the easy solution to just get a big fuel trailer and park it somewhere in the middle. For some dumb reson i did not think of that untill i explored the 3rd map where there was no fuel station at all.
@@liamfergie Yeah. Just drive over to a trailer shop on the map and u can sell any trailer. U get the same price for selling as if u where buying 1 so if your garage is crowded or just want some easy cash sell them. If they are loaded as placed trailer tend to be u maybe wanna keep them around if for example 1 got wood but the lumber mill is on the other side of the map. Then should u need wood near the trailer u dont need to go all the way to the lumber mill.
Like every one said I've seen a few clips of everyone else game but like u I notice they did not go to the first watch tower they all go past watch tower and stuff and stick to much to the story and I like how u explored and experimented like saving trips to bridge and unlocking other stuff along the way saving time and unlocks thanks for info best seen so far
my best advise to anyone starting this game is sell everything the 4020A that's outside the garadge and the gmc you start with and get 100k asap then go to russian buy the azov in the truck store store the truck by retaining it then go back to michigan and start the game if you dont those mud pits outside the garadge will frustrate you for hours everytime you try to go up the hills to the right of the garadge.
U can remove any load on any trailer u are hooked up to but unless u manuly unload it with a crane the specific load will be deleted. U first need to unpack the load in the meny and then there is a option to remove load. A pro tip for any1 watching this. Once u get to the garage Sell that trash GMC MH9500 right away. Unless u driving on constant asphalt or hard gravel that truck is total trash. Any truck that dosent have both AWD and Diff lock are very risky to use especially if u are moving loads. Save up for a proper offroad truck as early as possable and take a good look on tyre types and what is required to equip them as they play a huge part in any vehicles performance. The fleetstar at base is your early use truck for transporting loads. It comes with diff lock and can be upgraded with AWD from the upgrade near it. As the game goes on u probadly get a few trailers around the map that u dont use or have moved back to base just sitting there. Unless there is a load u wanna keep on it sell that trailer. U get back the same amount of cash for selling a trailer as it cost to buy it. This includes trucks and upgrade options that u have already bought. If u have a better version or just dont wanna use it then sell it.
@@Hartbreak1 U can do that but imo it´s not needed as once an item like a crane, flatbed or any other modification are on a truck u sell u will also regian teh cost of what that modification would cost to buy. If a truck has a modification that would cost 2k to buy u will sell the truck for 2k more so dismantle mods isent needed.
@@Hartbreak1 if u are abit unsure as cash can be limited at the start. Its easy to check this. Just check the sell price of your truck and then add/remove a mod and u will se the price shift. Same goes with trailers u ofc cant mod them but there buy/sell price are the same. Trailers with repair/fuel i dont know how that affect the price if they are full vs just a few points left.
I agree, this is the first time (from several videos) when I saw the bridge task was finished with trailer at once, which saved some time and probably increase the amount of received experience points! Very good job Dad Dex!
33:06 "boy I wouldn't want to bring the big truck this way" I did!!! Before I realized that other way wasn't that bad I was taking EVERYTHING through there past the old car over the bridges lol
Yeah I caught that too. lol Although he is a lot of help to me and you can understand what he saying and he plays the game rather well. I wish I had someone to play with I got some awesome games on the Xbox one and PS4 that I’d love to enjoy to the fullest but I need someone to join in with.
@@martymonsta2727 No no no. That dont work with the tasks. I thought i was smart when i drove around getting all the tasks with my scout and then was gonna do them in a more effective order. The contracts can be activated at will but not the tasks. What i found out the hard way was that if u drive to a task giver and activate that task and then do the same to another u can no longer do the first 1 unless u drive back there to activate it again. Now there are tasks that have there activation point very close or in the same location to where they need stuff delivered/done. Them u can load up before trucking over there, but most of them have there activation very far away from where they want u to go.
@@martymonsta2727 i have it on pc and any task i wanna do i need to activate it on the map location. U can se what they want u to do but u cant finnish them. 1 easy example on the starting map. There was a task called (the place beyond the spruces) u needed to just go to a hill top south of the garage. There was a watchtower close there aswell. If u just drove there it did nothing. U hade to drive near the fuel station to manully activate it.
Rain is mostly eye candy, although it slightly affects dirt tracks, making them muddier and rock slabs, making them more slippery. The amount it does it, though, is rather negligible.
got to 30 and had all the dlc. got a ps5 and had to start all over again. its challenging at the start.im level 14 and still need some good trucks. the tayger is good but i want the high speed gear box then shes the king of speed.
5:34 hate to rain on your terrain but it’s left not right P.S. I know your not the complaint section but I’m on Xbox and the game never told me how to turn on the headlights I had to figure out from the control section
Thx for this Tutorial, spared a lot time. But after that i wasted a lot of time with trying to complete some of the Bridge Construction missions with my trucks, but none of them does perform, they are alle for street, and there is mud ... now i watch your lets play to maybe find out, what I am doing wrong.
Awesome video! I personally sold the starting vehicles, used the Premium Jeep for scouting and then bought the...Paystar? For 80K but the Premium Jeep makes the game laughably easy that I'm going to sell it and grab the Chevy again. Right off the bat, I drove right into the deep mud where the truck is stuck on the Farm and pulled it out. I even pulled out the highway truck in the heavy mud and water to the south of the farm with it too! It definitely completely ruins the progression of the game imo.
I’ve found that highway truck impossible to pull out but I haven’t unlocked any mud tyres yet. What’s the premium jeep? I haven’t seen any vehicle with that name
Liam Laddy the “premium Jeep” is called the Khan 39. It comes with the premium edition of the game or the season pass. It’s pretty much a monster since it has excellent upgrades already and you’ll almost never get stuck in it, not to mention it’s also stupidly fast. That thing turns scouting into easy mode. Some like it, others just park it in favor of a challenge.
I wish I had watched the first 4 minutes before I started playing. The whole thing about the steering took me way too long to adjust to. I just kept bouncing all over the place whenever I was up near highway speeds.
While you can empty any trailer you find, I've found that if you find a trailer with stuff in it, best to leave it alone because it will be needed on a later mission. I love this game though and have become quite addicted to it lol My most profound advice would be: EXPLORE THE WHOLE MAP FIRST BEFORE DOING ANY CONTRACTS.
Great tips, but without getting the fallen powerline open, everything is way too tedious and roundabout. I've tried everything but starting over a 3rd time and I have almost the comeplete first map open. Please help.
My best starter tips are simple. Sell the starting GMC it's garbage. Keep fleet star for now. Sell everything except Chevy pickup and fleet star. Stay in Michigan and sell trailers do missions. When you find the scout 800 sell the Chevy pickup. Do not buy any mods except tires and found parts and sell all replaced parts. When you have about 80k not hard to do at all, go to world map go to Russia garage. Sell fleet star. And buy the azov 64131. Now go back to Michigan and you should only have the azov and scout modded if you found parts in the Michigan map. You're good for now.. seriously that's all you need. Level 10 go back to Russia and buy the Yar 87 and then you literally can do all and go everywhere. After you got the azov you have no need to sell any more vehicles. Why sell the Chevy and keep the scout? Scout with lift early in Michigan and off-road wheels can have roof rack with fuel waaaay before Chevy. And is better on gas. All you need in this game is the azov's one or both are great and the yar87. The rest are just extra.
I prefer the Chevy over the scout simply because of the scouts propensity to roll. It gets pretty top heavy with that rack on top. That said I’ve kept both. If you’re purely out unlocking the map the scout is nice because of all the extra fuel as long as you can keep it on four wheels Keeping multiple vehicles can be really nice to save time by having them staged at different areas of the map. Can save a ton of travel time
Buy the Azov and the Yar as quick as possible, to get bored of the game as quick as possible. Find the Scout 800, store the pickup in the garage, explore all Michigan maps and find the upgrades, the White Star, the Pazific and the Twin Star, and you have all you need for Michigan. Upgrade the Pickup, store the Scout 800 (its still usefull as mobile gas and repair station) and explore Alaska (a few Uprades for the Michigan vehicles are in Alaska). Absolute no need to buy vehicles
@@wolf310ii that's your opinion. I didn't get these vehicles until I made it to Russia, started over to help all the MANY people that are upset how hard the game can be for some and challenging the starting vehicles can be. Dude play the game how you want to play. Don't knock people like me trying to help people struggling. Why is it no matter what game you playing there always some high and mighty person like you. You must be a joy at a party.....
@@nomadmav7040 Of course you didnt get these vehicles, if your first goal is to buy a OP end game Trucks in russia for the starter map. Thats "mimimi, its so hard, i cant make end game missions with Lvl 1". How about starting with easyer missions/routes and not the hardest missions/routes you can find? Like explore the maps first, then you find the upgrades you need to finish the harder missions. On Drummond Island you find the Pazific P16, for free, you dindt even have to repair or recover it, just drive to it and its yours. That Truck is powerfull enough to pull a trailer and the GMC with trailer through the deepest mud

This is certainly the best guide to complete the tutorial. An irony since the tutorial should be the place to explain most of the basic stuff to begin with, but the tutorial in the game is badly done. If a tutorial needs a guide you’re doing it wrong 😂. The only thing I would love to see is a guide on the best vehicles per map. I feel like almost everyone focuses on the best vehicles overall but AI don’t want to rush from map to map just to get vehicles. I want to progress with vehicles from the current map or previous maps.
Yes there is a good stash of money out on the map if you put some time in to bring them to the sell point. you can also buy a fuel or repair trailer, use it and sell it straight back for full refund :)
The trailers with items on them including some fuel trailers are specific to projects or tasks the I'm almost certain can't say for sure but this is what happened to me the cast of project will not accept anything it will only accept that one when you click on Itasca project it'll show you if it's a specific trailer or items And the winch trick you should be doing that all the time to everything especially your truck do trailers you can haul to trailers all the time and if it comes to a health and stuff too heavy and hook one trailer get the other one up after that's six potential loads another good suggestion is that in the back of the trailer hauling you you use your winch and take a scout fuel trailer before I started having problems with my graphics I'm on PS4 I could put a scout fuel trailer in a sideboard trailer I could take the Scout truck and put it on my paystar flat deck but for that you need to use your winch and the crane to hold it in place or else it slides right off you cannot pack the load down it doesn't do that but now it's nothing does that it's all screwed up my Graphics are nothing I drive through trailers I can't cross the first Bridge a constructed I fall straight through it into the into the water and then my game crashed and froze and I could get it to work and had to start again anyways great vid it's the only thing I would have taken the time to upgrade the Chevy then you can continue doing a lot more on your roundabout the first time I explored something like that didn't fall into toriel and when I came across the drowned trucks I pulled all three of them out with that Chevy from that one mod bigger tires and height so you can go through mud oh there's a big trick as well 4 all of them once you get them moving don't stop until you get them out of the original resting place was they sit somewhere new they're easy to drag that you got to watch out these sick quick and the heavy truck if you can grab it by the ass end and Pull It in that way keep from digging in the mud and then the last *tip* is especially for your vehicles that are heavier than you or something you can usually pull but is super stock *** put your truck behind a tree and then hook the winch up*** there's many different variations of that with the side of your back wheel tires against the tree and now if you get movement then you can try an wrap the cord around the tree if you have to if you start losing tug of war that Chevy and 2 mods the engine one and the lift kit I came out from Smithville Dam into Black River and that Scout I didn't want to drive all the way around so I climbed up the backside to the rocks with that Chevy because of the wheelbase I can get it up on almost on its ass end and climb the rock to an angle so I can grab the tree because if you leave it on the ground it doesn't do anything it just flips you around and when you get to the top Edge it bite and snaps the cable Great vid enjoyed it thoroughly
There are certainly a couple of trailers at least that ar there for missions, and others that you can grab and use. If you check through the missions you can see.
Oh yes of course the empty ones of course the ones that have items on them are for tasks and projects I did a project once it said I needed something then I showed up with it and because it wasn't the piece that it wanted from a specific area and didn't accept it just a heads up when you accept the task call project states what you need and put the cursor over top and click it will show you where the item is
I have this game on my Xbox one, but it won't let me finish the 1st mission. I delivered the steel for the bridge, but nothing happens. Can someone please help me out....
Daryl, maybe check that the mission is active? Also check that the cargo is all packed as mission zone wont 'see' unpacked cargo even if it is on the truck.
it could be the pc version, but to get the watchtower behind town is not possible for me, there are gehind the pilons 3 concrete blocks i can't seem to pass.
Some good advice in your video, but you really should have shown what steps you do to go to Alaska and how you come back. I struggled with It, I got pissed off and restarted my game because I couldn't figure out how to get back with my kahn.
Ok, you need to retain them to move them to another garage/map. I will cover it in the next vid, I have the Russia map opened with the camper, and then shipped it back to Michigan..
Man I’ve been playing this game for one day Now and it is very tedious and can be unforgivable. Luckily there is a recover option. Without it you could fail hard
Have a really helpful tip that everyone should take notice of never ever ever travel to a new map with a trailer winch to your trailer it will delete your game
I think you need to have the contract active, you need to drive over to where thr contract is and activate it. I had the problem where all watchtowers have been discovered and all contracts were "visible" but if you can't start tracking them then they're not "activated". I wasted 20 minutes on the Local Entertainment challenge.. because it wasn't active
late to reply to this, but for others: in addition to what Visioner said (active contract, and tracking it), make sure it's the right trailer. I've found that on the first map, there are three curtainside trailers and two fuel trailers. Each one is for a different mission, so taking the wrong trailer to the mission drop off will not complete the mission.
I gotta say, I'm looking through these comments, and everytime somebody has a question you answer it very kindly. I love it man. Respect. Subscribed.

my best advise to anyone starting this game is sell everything the 4020A that's outside the garadge and the gmc you start with and get 100k asap then go to russian buy the azov in the truck store store the truck by retaining it then go back to michigan and start the game if you dont those mud pits outside the garadge will frustrate you for hours everytime you try to go up the hills to the right of the garadge.
Before selling that truck it’s a good idea to uninstall the bed and pass it to the Fleetstar.
Shiftry oh I see, thanks for that clarification.
This video needs more hype per say it's really helpful I didn't even notice some of the things
I agree, this is the first time (from several videos) when I saw the bridge task was finished with trailer at once, which saved some time and probably increase the amount of received experience points! Very good job Dad Dex!
At the start a good chunk of the things I did first were after I upgraded my truck and it was able to pull big trailers
I learnt more from that video than all the others I watched , cheers matey 🙏🏻👍🏻
Enjoying this as much as your other videos - keep up the good work :-)
Thanks Roger! :)
33:06 "boy I wouldn't want to bring the big truck this way" I did!!! Before I realized that other way wasn't that bad I was taking EVERYTHING through there past the old car over the bridges lol
Well these maps like to mess with us, you get stuck and once you get going any you realise the other side of that bush/rock/tree iseasy going xD
5:28 he said he had to to turn right but its actually left🤣
Yeah I caught that too. lol Although he is a lot of help to me and you can understand what he saying and he plays the game rather well. I wish I had someone to play with I got some awesome games on the Xbox one and PS4 that I’d love to enjoy to the fullest but I need someone to join in with.
you can turn on self centering steering by setting steering to steering wheel. this will activate self centering
you can empty trailers, its the bottom option in the functions called remove cargo and then you have to click on the x on each piece of cargo
Thanks Marty, I found this out a bit later, very handy, but thanks for sharing the knowledge!
Another good tip is accept all task so you can then track them from the menu
@@martymonsta2727 No no no. That dont work with the tasks. I thought i was smart when i drove around getting all the tasks with my scout and then was gonna do them in a more effective order. The contracts can be activated at will but not the tasks. What i found out the hard way was that if u drive to a task giver and activate that task and then do the same to another u can no longer do the first 1 unless u drive back there to activate it again. Now there are tasks that have there activation point very close or in the same location to where they need stuff delivered/done. Them u can load up before trucking over there, but most of them have there activation very far away from where they want u to go.
Works fine for me on pc, accept the tasks then can go into the task list and track them, maybe a platform thing ?
@@martymonsta2727 i have it on pc and any task i wanna do i need to activate it on the map location. U can se what they want u to do but u cant finnish them. 1 easy example on the starting map. There was a task called (the place beyond the spruces) u needed to just go to a hill top south of the garage. There was a watchtower close there aswell. If u just drove there it did nothing. U hade to drive near the fuel station to manully activate it.
You can load any trailer. When you load the truck I think it's R2 or L2 to switch to load trailer truck or loading dock.
Rain is mostly eye candy, although it slightly affects dirt tracks, making them muddier and rock slabs, making them more slippery. The amount it does it, though, is rather negligible.
yes you can grab any trailer and remove what is on it to use it ive done it many times on a different character
Go to Alaska aquire the Royal BM17 go back to Michigan and everything is a breeze there after
don't forget to set your map destination markers stops you getting lost
You can remove cargo that deletes the cargo on the trailer or if you flipped over and have cargo all over the road.
You can unload a trailer manually if you have the crane attached to your vehicle. You just have to unpack the trailer first
You can also just click 'unload cargo' and it disappears, found this out a bit later xD
My start tip is go collect a few trucks, sell them all, go to Russia and buy the 8 wheel truck for 90k. That thing is a beast
Would have saved myself a whole lot of swearing if I watched this first 😅😅
got to 30 and had all the dlc. got a ps5 and had to start all over again. its challenging at the start.im level 14 and still need some good trucks. the tayger is good but i want the high speed gear box then shes the king of speed.
Wow I will defiantly use these tips when I get the game thank you
5:34 hate to rain on your terrain but it’s left not right
P.S. I know your not the complaint section but I’m on Xbox and the game never told me how to turn on the headlights I had to figure out from the control section
Just hold lightly up on the left thumb stick and roll it on the edges. Makes of a better steering system!
Cheers Dex, thoroughly enjoyed playing that with you....
Thx for this Tutorial, spared a lot time. But after that i wasted a lot of time with trying to complete some of the Bridge Construction missions with my trucks, but none of them does perform, they are alle for street, and there is mud ... now i watch your lets play to maybe find out, what I am doing wrong.
loved the series dex hope theres more to come
16:37 I was alway wondering why people woudnt lick it up with the truck like you do they always go back later for wood.
5.30 yeah thats the road we turn right....proceeds and turns left hahaha
Sometimes completely the wrong word comes out, the context usually exposes me!
honestly that's what i do when driving, and its a one way street in montreal, that was fun XD
The winch? I just back over the fence to get to the trailer at the lumber yard.
I learned something there...
Great vid!
I just got this game thought I try it out ur beginners guid help me
Thank you so much!! I'm new to SnowRunner and found this very helpful!!! Awesome!! Thanks!!
You are not the first person to park up the monster jeep in favour of the challenge / puzzle the game can!
I’ve found that highway truck impossible to pull out but I haven’t unlocked any mud tyres yet. What’s the premium jeep? I haven’t seen any vehicle with that name
I prefer the Scout 800 over the Chevy. It has diff lock (always on) which the Chevy doesn’t have.
I didn't know Tom Hardy played snow runner !!! Love the vid man😂
I wish I had watched the first 4 minutes before I started playing. The whole thing about the steering took me way too long to adjust to. I just kept bouncing all over the place whenever I was up near highway speeds.
It does take a little getting used to, especially if you don't know what is going on!
Yes for sure. Especially on the more challenging maps, figuring out how to best use the materials on the map will save a lot of time! Good Luck xD
Great tips, but without getting the fallen powerline open, everything is way too tedious and roundabout. I've tried everything but starting over a 3rd time and I have almost the comeplete first map open. Please help.
Just deliver the materials needed to complete the fallen power line task and it will be cleared.
If you’re purely out unlocking the map the scout is nice because of all the extra fuel as long as you can keep it on four wheels
Keeping multiple vehicles can be really nice to save time by having them staged at different areas of the map.
@@wolf310ii there lots of options man. Play how you want. Nothing wrong with giving players who normally would have not purchased or given up, options so they too can enjoy it.
Yo stop trying to get people to play how you want them to. Help people stop judging them. Give tips sure but don't sit at your house judging people for how they play or for helping others. Man really you need to rethink your your social skills, this is why the gaming community has gotten so rotten.
Not that it matters but I've been gaming 30 years all platforms. I enjoy helping people.
Why don't you be critical to every helping tip that could make everything in life easier every video... Have fun..
Great video brother! Thank you for your work and the help!
You're welcome David, glad you enjoyed it :0
Thanks for the video, what a great way to start out the game.
Apparently, you can sell all the empty trailers for s good bit of free cash!
Yes there is a good stash of money out on the map if you put some time in to bring them to the sell point. you can also buy a fuel or repair trailer, use it and sell it straight back for full refund :)
23:52 - pro tip:
Sell the trailer, discover the others nearby and sell them too
Screwd my self but luckily I was not far along seeing I just got the game. I watched this and restarted.
The trailers with items on them including some fuel trailers are specific to projects or tasks the I'm almost certain can't say for sure but this is what happened to me the cast of project will not accept anything it will only accept that one when you click on Itasca project it'll show you if it's a specific trailer or items
And the winch trick you should be doing that all the time to everything especially your truck do trailers you can haul to trailers all the time and if it comes to a health and stuff too heavy and hook one trailer get the other one up after that's six potential loads another good suggestion is that in the back of the trailer hauling you you use your winch and take a scout fuel trailer before I started having problems with my graphics I'm on PS4 I could put a scout fuel trailer in a sideboard trailer I could take the Scout truck and put it on my paystar flat deck but for that you need to use your winch and the crane to hold it in place or else it slides right off you cannot pack the load down it doesn't do that but now it's nothing does that it's all screwed up my Graphics are nothing I drive through trailers I can't cross the first Bridge a constructed I fall straight through it into the into the water and then my game crashed and froze and I could get it to work and had to start again anyways great vid it's the only thing I would have taken the time to upgrade the Chevy then you can continue doing a lot more on your roundabout the first time I explored something like that didn't fall into toriel and when I came across the drowned trucks I pulled all three of them out with that Chevy from that one mod bigger tires and height so you can go through mud oh there's a big trick as well 4 all of them once you get them moving don't stop until you get them out of the original resting place was they sit somewhere new they're easy to drag that you got to watch out these sick quick and the heavy truck if you can grab it by the ass end and Pull It in that way keep from digging in the mud and then the last *tip* is especially for your vehicles that are heavier than you or something you can usually pull but is super stock *** put your truck behind a tree and then hook the winch up*** there's many different variations of that with the side of your back wheel tires against the tree and now if you get movement then you can try an wrap the cord around the tree if you have to if you start losing tug of war that Chevy and 2 mods the engine one and the lift kit I came out from Smithville Dam into Black River and that Scout I didn't want to drive all the way around so I climbed up the backside to the rocks with that Chevy because of the wheelbase I can get it up on almost on its ass end and climb the rock to an angle so I can grab the tree because if you leave it on the ground it doesn't do anything it just flips you around and when you get to the top Edge it bite and snaps the cable
Great vid enjoyed it thoroughly
There are certainly a couple of trailers at least that ar there for missions, and others that you can grab and use. If you check through the missions you can see.
Oh yes of course the empty ones of course the ones that have items on them are for tasks and projects I did a project once it said I needed something then I showed up with it and because it wasn't the piece that it wanted from a specific area and didn't accept it just a heads up when you accept the task call project states what you need and put the cursor over top and click it will show you where the item is
I like the way you explain things
Awesome starter guide my man! Keep it up!
Thanks Jason :)
How do you get all your trucks to fit in the garage will love to know
Can't stop playing this game!
27:06 what heroic stop
I can’t figure out how to do the Alaska totourial
you can delete the trailer. and you can delete the contents. but you have to have it attached to your truck. and winching wont work.
Very good I followed everything works perfect
Thanks for the Tips, they truly have been helpful
Thank you so much for this. I was having a hard time after completing the tutorial with some of the tasks but this helped a lot
Glad it helped!
Thanks mate, you have helped me a he'll of alot!
Glad to hear it!
Fantastic video mate 👍
Wow great video man.. I'm subscribed..
How do you get multiple vehicles outside of the garage?? I did it a few times but completely forgot how
You take the vehicle outside and out of the exit spawn zone, then use the map screen to go back to the garage and repeat with the next vehicle xD
@@daddex9222 thank you
You can unload a found trailer by flipping it.
I have this game on my Xbox one, but it won't let me finish the 1st mission. I delivered the steel for the bridge, but nothing happens. Can someone please help me out....
Daryl, maybe check that the mission is active? Also check that the cargo is all packed as mission zone wont 'see' unpacked
cargo even if it is on the truck.
Ok, and thanks for the help...
it could be the pc version, but to get the watchtower behind town is not possible for me, there are gehind the pilons 3 concrete blocks i can't seem to pass.
Felix Flux go around it up the hill its doable you will need your winch
Some good advice in your video, but you really should have shown what steps you do to go to Alaska and how you come back. I struggled with It, I got pissed off and restarted my game because I couldn't figure out how to get back with my kahn.
Ok, you need to retain them to move them to another garage/map. I will cover it in the next vid, I have the Russia map opened with the camper, and then shipped it back to Michigan..
The other thing is you need to go to an empty garage slot LB/RB and then deploy the vehicle into it.
Man I’ve been playing this game for one day Now and it is very tedious and can be unforgivable. Luckily there is a recover option. Without it you could fail hard
I downloaded snowrunner on my potato PC because I could not wait for the ps5 version which I bought online. Plz I hope it doesn't lag as much
Hi I play Snow runner too
How do you turn on the head lamps
Have a really helpful tip that everyone should take notice of never ever ever travel to a new map with a trailer winch to your trailer it will delete your game
Thanks mate, I will certainly avoid that and mention it , thanks!
20:56 headlams are L1 and circle
3:10 would it be different if you used a steering wheel
I think I'm hopeless. I just delivered a trailer to the Hotel and got nothing for a lot of work. I have no clue how to get a contract to work.
Suggest me the best method to record more than 10 minutes long videos in xbox
If I use an Elgato if I want long recordings of the x box, this also lets me narrate 'live'
@@daddex9222 Ok but if i only need the gameplay with it's sound. Will connecting a pendrive for recording work?
