  • I'm back and feeling better 💕 This week was SO much better than last week. I got new running shoes and went into this week with a more positive mindset. I was feeling super inspired and motivated after seeing the runners from the Chicago Marathon.

    Brooks are amazing. I changed style from Bedlam 2 to Adrenaline 22(I think) Made a huge difference. Never had to break in the shoes theyre a support shoe and Ill probably re-purchase them for the year. Love them!

    Hey Brianna! I’d recommend looking into drinking G.1.M Sport by BPN prior to runs, as it helps with electrolytes and carbohydrates. I take a scoop before any “long” runs (10k minimum) and it helps with cramping and dehydration. 👍

    Hello Brianna, Thanks for sharing all.
    When i run for even 30 mins i feel knee pain, So after Doctor suggestion, i do more of cycling than running for long time.
    Doctor adviced me not to run for long hours for my knee pain. Suggested to have eggs in my diet for stronger bones and joints.

      I hate Nikes for running. Brooks are my go to
