This is so true, I've been having a crush on him since the 3rd grade (now entering 12), I actually made my move in 11th grade by emailing him trying to talk. I was scared going into 12th grade and making moves, it would be too fast. We hit it off for only a bit but then he just stopped emailing me. It didn't make me sad or anything, I was moving on. Anyways, when Valentine's day came along, I saw a cute tiktok on making cards so I decided to make one for him. I emailed his teacher telling her to put my card on his desk for him since we weren't in the same classes. Then the next day, he emailed me back and gave me his number so we can talk more! They might do. It's a big gamble... you get high from not asking but in that state you can't get them at all. Once you ask you break the emotion but there's some chance it can work. What's also a possibility is they tag you along, especially if you're persistent, this dramatically increases the crush feeling but you know you have further to fall when it crashes... or if it succeeds when it is very high that's overperfection. This actually happened to me once, best day of my life 😂 but it didn't last long...

This list is absolutely accurate, and here's how I know: I've had some guys crush on me who made a lot of the mistakes mentioned in this video (especially the stalking bits), and it ended up making me feel so uncomfortable and suffocated that I had to end my friendships with them permanently. I've done basically all this mistakes in the past, as a teen. And some (luckily most of them not anymore) with the last girl I liked. I'll learn from my mistakes and the next time I'll be more aware and handle things in a better way. Not proud of the mistakes I did that made me look over possessive and overly attached, but hei until you hit your head and it will hurt you'll never learn. I think it’s best to take it slow. I usually establish a strong friendship and get to know them. Give it time, don’t just go straight to asking them out the next day. Stay friends for a while and just get comfortable around them, just don’t get too comfortable. I k is it can be hard to talk to ur crush. It comes with time and experience. I’ve gotten good at talking to people that I like just like how I would to all to anyone else. Remember being nervous is perfectly ok. It happens to all of us. As far as I know the crushes and the person crushing over him/ her almost never end together. Because it doesnt happen spontaneously, and one of the person goes in with preconcieved notions, they usually dont work. Also your crush feels when you have a crush on him, and most of the time this makes you look needy, and almost no one likes a needy person. E.g sitting closer, picking unique emojis, good morning/good night texts, occasional surprise kind gestures, such as gifting her snacks (like a bag of chips or candy or stationary-- daily items and not expensive things, because it will be a nice surprise, but not too surprising). It will also give you time to gauge her responses i.e if she doesn't mind it or flirts back after a while. If you still want to be more than friends after flirting for a while (because you might not or she might not, and that's okay), talk about your feelings. Recently, about a month ago, I had reconnected with someone who had the biggest crush on me. I reconnected because I felt bad (I tend to be a people pleaser) even though he had a history of making my mental health worse. Due to that fact, I had cut him off multiple times before. He was extremely possessive and clingy, even with the fact that we were never dating. Because of all this, I had already had bad feelings about him. They might do. It's a big gamble... you get high from not asking but in that state you can't get them at all. Once you ask you break the emotion but there's some chance it can work.

I think it’s best to take it slow. I usually establish a strong friendship and get to know them. Give it time, don’t just go straight to asking them out the next day. Stay friends for a while and just get comfortable around them, just don’t get too comfortable. I k is it can be hard to talk to ur crush. It comes with time and experience. I’ve gotten good at talking to people that I like just like how I would to all to anyone else. Remember being nervous is perfectly ok. It happens to all of us. Having just finished my freshman year in high school I do have a small crush on someone it’s normal, we are friends and I talk to her like anyone else. haha, yeah. whenever I talk to my crush, it's usually a regular conversation. I thought for a while that everybody can just stay calm around people they like. that being said, I never go out of my way to talk to them constantly. oh and any stutters or fumbles with words I have, I just act like its part of the comedic act.
tbh I did that recently, left me on read and later texted me about a complety other subject. Even a "yea lmao do I look like I care about your self hatred problems?" would have been better

Your brain looks at how beautiful a girl is, and then suddenly your brain's like "Eureka, I just found the right girl! She has just the right face for me to like her!" and that's when you develop a crush with her. So you don't have to talk to anyone to get a crush on them, my crush was on a new girl who was one grade below me. I'm in the ninth class and she's in the eighth class.
Recently, about a month ago, I had reconnected with someone who had the biggest crush on me. I reconnected because I felt bad (I tend to be a people pleaser) even though he had a history of making my mental health worse. Due to that fact, I had cut him off multiple times before. He was extremely possessive and clingy, even with the fact that we were never dating. Because of all this, I had already had bad feelings about him.
The EXACT DAY we reconnected (we had just finished a serious discussion about why I had blocked him multiple times before), he proceeded to tell me how much he used to stalk my profiles on social media. I was already going through a bad day of anxiety and I was also going through a depressive episode. Him saying that had set me off. I was so paranoid that I started crying. I hated it so much, I wanted to die in that moment.
So please, if you've ever stalked someones social media account, don't tell them.

I was in a relationship, I didn't really know how to keep a relationship going, after I watched this video, I knew exactly what I did wrong. It was a really big mistake of my life, and I regret it, I still do. I was going too fast and I didn't realize it for quite a while. It does hurt when someone you love go.
