Nice rifle. Subbed. I also shoot in cold climate(Alaska) 🥶 I need to do a review on my setup as I haven't seen people use it like I do. Would love to see some shooting vids of the cadex! As I'm interested in buying the folding lite comp chasis for my rimx.
@FutureSFG Good Question. I'm using a Heathen brake from Insite Arms. There are some good reasons why I didn't go with the factory supplied MDT brake. It's got to do with accessibility and cleaning of the crown and muzzle. With the Heathen brake you don't even need to remove it to clean the crown area as the brakes first port is huge. It allows you to get in there with a plastic pic to remove the carbon build up around crown which will continue to build up with the MDT installed and eventually lead to problems later as the build up grows. This will cause pitting and corrosion in and around the crown. With the MDT brake you have no chance of cleaning the carbon off the muzzle or crown unless you take it off each time which is a hassle. Important note. If you decide to go this route be careful removing the MDT brake. The boys assembling the rifle tightened it on way too much. You will most certainly ruin the finish of your barrel and the break itself trying to get it off. Way too tight. I don't know why they did that. The counter locking nut only needs a quarter turn or less and will never come off under fire.

I am grabbing one of these, does it fit in a McMillan BDM Rem 700 stock?
Just purchased a barreled action M15 in 260 rem . Not sure what stock or chassis to install it in .? Leaning towards an MDT XL LSS .
@@futuresfg4431 did you find the stock precut for the M15 or did you get a gunsmith to fit it for you?
