They blend multiple genres. They have alot of great songs. Another with a music video that shows their softer side is "the love you want"

Sleep Token was just signed by RCA. They are truly amazing and every song takes a roller coaster ride! If you want to hear how truly incredible they really are, you need to listen to more. Take Me Back To Eden, Rain, The Apparition, Ascensionism. Just to name a few.

Vessel and II write the songs, Vessel performs everything but the drums. II plays all of the drum parts including the stuff that sounds like a drum machine. Sleep Token are anonymous, but if obviously everything is out there if you really need to know. They prefer to be anonymous and let their music speak for them and most fans just let them be. They recently added live performers III and IV to the band as full members and I would imagine they will participate in the recording of their next album, so Vessel won't have to do all of it himself. Vessel is the guy in the chair. He also appears in the video for The Love You Want, but their more recent videos are more visualizers to let the music shine while still giving you some cool visuals. If you want to see II in action, look for the "offering" from II on the Sleep Token youtube channel to see a version of this song with no vocals and live drums. You should eventually check out the drumeo thing too, because it was awesome and it's the first interview any member of Sleep Token has done since shortly after the band was founded, and the first ever on video. II is just as important to the sound of Sleep Token as Vessel and his amazing voice is. The rest of the band recently got new masks and they are a bit more of a Slipknot look, even though the music is nothing like Slipknot. Check out their song Granite or maybe the song The Apparition for more recent work.

Greetings from the UK. I've been listening to Sleep Token since I came across them in 2018. Even though they are classed as metal, they are very genre-fluid and incorporate lots of genres into their songs. They quickly became one of my favourite bands ever. I will be attending their Teeth Of God ritual in London in November and I can't wait! Great reaction. Stay safe 🤘✌️

This band has me in a chokehold. 🤩Like, I came across them by accident, and then....and then I started listening to more. And then Take Me Back To Eden dropped as an album and it was *over*. Vessel is such a talented vocalist and musician and II is an incredible drummer. III and IV are extremely talented in their own right - they bring such personality and flavor to the live performances. The studio recordings are stunning but the live shows are an entirely different animal. Most of the "videos" are visuals - but don't hold it against them! The music holds up. Alkaline was a great place to start! They really go all over the place, genre-wise. I know you said you don't like the metal screams and there is some of that on certain tracks, but the whole composition of the musical experience is truly special. I don't think I've had such a fixation on a music band since Tool. If you are looking for a more stripped-down Live performance, go for "From the Room Below" - I think MetalKitty has a good capture of it. The Wembley Experience is a fan-created project that has a lot of love put into it and captured what happened at Wembley in December 2023. As far as individual recommendations: Nazareth, Jaws, Sugar, The Love You Want, Atlantic, Higher, The Offering, High Water... from TMBTE, the entire album, really. (I'm SO helpful)

They recently got signed on RCA Records as their main label after releasing their latest album 'Take Me Back To Eden' last year. They are mainly Progressive Metal/Rock but the beauty of Sleep Token, really is in that they blend different genres (Ambient, Pop, Hip-Hop, Trap, Jazz, Funk, Rock, Metal, Progressive etc.) and they do it very tastefully and cleverly. You never know what a new song from Sleep Token is going to be like. It could be nice soft and jazzy or calm, purely acoustic or downright heavy Metal As f...k or both in the same song. It really is a journey to dive into and admire the beauty of their incredible musicianship. Also II (Sleep Token's drummer) is absolutely maddenly incredibly talented! Go and see his live playthrough on Sleep Token's RUclips channel (An Offering From II (he did 3 songs)) or on Drumeo's RUclips channel called An Offering From Drumeo! Trust me, it's absolutely amazing to witness! With that being said, Worship!

They are an anonymous group. The vocalist goes by Vessel. The drummer is II, bassist is III, guitarist is IV. Vessel and II are the founders. Vessel writes pretty much everything except the drums. You should read into the lore of the band. Their songs "take me back to eden" is one of my favorites. II's drumeo videos are killer too. You could react to that version of "the summoning" he did

Ive just looked them up on wiki , they are British formed in London 2016 , they wear masks and capes on stage and only 2 members are credited on their LPs Vessel and II , they are in my home city Leeds in December tickets over £100 the cheapest is £104 lol

For some reason they only did visualizers for the “Take Me Back to Eden” singles… they’re really cool though. I’m guessing they’ll have a good budget for videos on the next album cycle as they just signed to RCA a couple of months ago. For the previous three albums they were on Spinefarm which is a smaller metal label affiliated with Universal.
Where to go next… There are so many good choices. “The Summoning” is the song that blew them up last year, it really shows all the things that Vessel (lead singer) can do with his voice. “Granite” shows their smoother side. If you’d like something acoustic “Blood Sport” the room below version is Vessel playing piano.

I believe Sleep token does not make music videos because it takes from people paying attention to the song. Too many people focus on the music video.
Definitely understand that after watching this one! It was a constant battle between the awesome music and the awesome visuals! Total package of fantastic music and amazing video though!

They’re a custom amp company owned by a friend of my dad’s out in California called Junk Amps! The black one is pretty much an 18w Marshall without the tremolo and the tan one is a high powered Fender Tweed style. They also both have a Vox style tone cut knob as well. He also custom builds the cabs with a bunch of different speaker combinations, and tons of cosmetic options!
