Poor little baby, she sounded so frightened when that crazy woman appeared. Thank goodness she was reunited with her real parents, and the little smile she made when she saw them again, it just melted my heart.
That remembered her.
There are so many sick people in this world that steals babies and children daily. This is so very sad 😭.
What's also sad is that some of the time. Some people kidnap children because they are unable to have a child of their own, and they just want something to love and love them back.
Good thing we’ve got movies & shows like this addressing it
There have even been cases where the perpetrators literally cut the baby from the mother’s womb to get it. I know that mental illness is a scary thing, but a mental patient can’t be left in regular society if they’re doing something like that.

If this woman kidnapped the baby, then how did she end up under the safe haven sign at the fire house?
I think that her husband dropped her off.
My thoughts are that she dropped the infant off there to have them give her medical care before she took off. Either that or it was a part of her sick delusion.
The kidnapper put the child there. That's how she knew about what blanket the child was in.
Either she put the baby there to try to throw the cops off her back or her husband put the baby there after coming home to find his wife carrying a baby that’s definitely not his.

@@crystalwagner5993 Or she stole the baby because she wanted a baby, but couldn’t have one of her own for one reason or another, which led to her mental state deteriorating to the point where she decided to steal someone else’s baby. Odds are that she knew the mother of the baby prior to this (abductions are usually committed by people who are close to the victims) and was jealous that she had a baby, so she stole the baby to keep her as her own. She might’ve even deluded herself into believing that it really was her baby.
This happens far more often than you might expect. Just look it up and you’ll find many cases of deranged women stealing babies from their friends and family.

@@RamdomView She was probably running from the cops and dumped the baby at the nearest building so she could retrieve her later after she'd gotten the cops off her back and the fire department just happened to be the nearest building.

wait Shay is in this or her actress? they killed her off between seasons 2-3 this says s3 ep 14 which is way past the premiere episode that began in either sept 2013 or 2014 it says her name at the video start but i cannot tell if its her with dark hair at 2:34 or if she is at the end of the video holding the baby

Either to stop her husband or partner from leaving her. Or she had a baby but due to her mental illness it was taken from her. Or she wants something to love her.
