If you filmed in 5.7K resolution for the complete 360 degree sphere, your reframed section for the video cannot be in 5K as well. More likely is that the resolution is only 1920 x 1080 pixel. Of course you can save the file at a higher resolution, but this will not improve detail or quality. To generate a true 4K or higher resolution video from a HD size source, you need a dedicated App for upscaling and adding detail. i.e. Topaz Video AI.

What color profile did you record the original X4 videos in? And did you use Insta360's Aquavision function or manually color grade, or both?

      The native camera profile.
Color graded manually BUT because the lighting was great, the water was clear and the depth is only around 8m, I didn't have to do a lot.
FYI, Aquavision is decent but if you want best results I recommend grading manually

Nice shots. I’m looking for some 36o degree cams. Is this one worth the money?

It must be the best 360 camera for regular users in the market right now. It's worth the price in my opinion.
The next tier up you're looking at $6K plus

Im zooming in on the corals and it is extremely blurry..i never had this issue with my X2 but it wasn't an invisible dive case.
Im having the blurry pic with x3 invisible dive case and it seems it's the same issue with x4 as well

Two things to keep in mind:
      1. In higher resolutions (especially 8K) any particles in the water affect the quality giving a pixelation effect. The reason is that the camera absorbs more light thus shows "more detail" in the final footage.
      2. The Invisible Dive Case needs a good dust up before each dive. The dome is super sensitive (for some reason) and any minute particle on the inner side affects the quality. Sometimes it gets a bit annoying
