Hey Mel, I am on my 3rd month of using Nutrafol. After the first month, I noticed a significant decrease in hair loss, now I am waiting for the results of the 3rd month and after. Excited. I have the same hair type. I went from curly to stringy :( Glad you made this video. I use Olaplex, Puerology , and several treatments throughout the week as well. I have cut out sodas etc. and usually only drink water. Did you make a follow up video?

Omg! I’m so happy you made this video. I suffer from Telegon Efflivium too, I had sepsis and major surgery and i lost like over 50% of my hair :( did you notice your balding spots fill in more? My problem is the front-top of my hair is soo much thinner than the back. Hoping it grows in again

Hi, thanks for watching! I actually stopped for a month to see what would happen and I did notice a little more shedding, but nothing crazy. I went back on it because I'm trying to grow my hair longer now. It will all depends on the underlying cause of your hair loss. It definitely will help your hair grow back though.

Hi! Thank you for watching and I'm so happy this helped you. I hope that it works for you as well as it did for me. The 2 liter water bottle from Amazon definitely keeps me on track with the water. I fill it up first thing in the morning and drink it throughout the day and try to have it empty before I go to bed. You can do it, once you get in the habit of it, its not that hard. You will feel great! 👍

THANK YOU SO Much for this video. I’ve been suffering so bad from hair loss and thinning and I do believe it’s from hormonal changes and getting off birth control pills. I bought nutrafol and I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks now. I also bought everything else you suggested in this video and your other video (hair oil, supplements etc). I’m definitely getting acne from it so I’m hoping that subsides soon. It’s kinda bad. I’m taking the spearmint and pantogenic acid and magnesium as well. I've been experiencing TE for the past 2.5 years. My hair normally grows very quickly....but the rate at which I lose hair overshadows that so my hair gets thinner and thinner. Is Nutrafol something I'd have to take for the rest of my life if I start now?

I appreciate this so much. My story is similar and like you, I was wavering on the decision to get nutrafol because of the price, and I was also skeptical. Then I went to a derm and she suggested it too.
Tip for anyone reading this, the derm told me that because of how pricey it is, If the cost is an issue for you, just take two a day because you can still get results with that. I didn't ask her this, but I would assume the results may just be a little slower.
Any how - I was concerned if it would work for me because I also had the thinning in this spots you said were "pushed back" for you
And I know that area is considered the androgenic area, meaning either too much testosterone or not enough estrogen, which then makes the normal amount of testosterone too much because there isn't enough estrogen to balance it. It can be either case for us women. I was concerned it may not work for me because I didn't know just how effective it was for hormonal hair loss specifically, because in the testimonial pictures I didn't see anyone with thinning in that area at all, so thank you. I have also lost close to half of my hair. I feel you. You have reassured me that I made I good choice by starting nutrafol I've only been taking it a few weeks.

I have been using Nutrafol for 5 months. I had Telogen Effluvium plus menopausal hair thinning. I had extremely thick hair my whole life and never thought anything like this would ever happen! I’m still shedding hair, more than normal but less than when my TE started. My hair is growing but I know it won’t be what it once was. I am hoping things will continue to improve!

Sorry for the late response, i just noticed your comment. For me, I felt like I lost a lot of hair. My hair was very thick and it got very thin and I had some balding at the temples. I still continue to take Nutrafol and my hair is growing very quickly and extremely thick! Hope the video was helpful for you, thanks for watching.

Thanks so much! I did not experience any of those symptoms. I always take them after I eat, and I always drink 2 liters of water a day, I definitely think that makes a difference. 🤗

Hi, i have a question. Do you have to keep taking nutrafol? And if you did stop did you hair start shedding again? Im a guy and also have Telogen Effluvium as well so does that mean i should take the womens or mens lol?
Hi! I stopped for a month, but I don't think it was enough time to really tell a difference in the shedding. I'm assuming that if you stop and still have a lot of shedding, it may be a medical issue and not just telogen effluvium. I think you should take the men's supplements. Nutrafol customer service is really good, I'm sure they can better answer your questions. Good luck!
I’ve just started month 2 and haven’t seen any results as of yet. I’m getting discouraged and thinking of using a previous hair supplement. Should I continue? I’m getting super stressed.
I noticed a change after i finished my second bottle and started on my third. Noticed baby hairs around my hair line and temples and the shedding deceased a lot. Don't give up on it yet! Be consistent with it every day and drink plenty of water. I think the third month is when changes begin. I'm still using it for over a year and my hair grows so fast and thick! Good luck!

Yes, its expensive, but it really worked for me. I also take a vitamin B complex, B5 (panthonetic acid), spearmint capsules which help with hormonal imbalances, and magnesium. I found that this combination of vitamins really helped my hair and hormonal acne. Good luck!
I have the exact same thing...TE and menopause...for 7 years! I have gotten to the point where I am taking most of what's in Nutrafol...just by my own research. Now wondering if I should take Nutrafol and throw out other vitamins. Hmmm.

Thank you for this video! I am experiencing telogen effluvium resulting from accutane. Just curious, how long did your shedding period last and how long until you noticed regrowth from Nutrafol? My hair has been shedding for 2.5 months and I’m about 1.5 months into Nutrafol
Glad it helped! My hair fell out for aboit 3 months or so before I started using Nutrafol. The shedding started to decrease around the second bottle and started growing very quickly after that. By 6 months my bald spots were filled in and my hair was getting thick. Hope that helps 👍

I stopped accutane 2 months ago and I was diagnosed with telogen effluvium too, it’s terrible. I just ordered this and I hope it works! You haven’t seen any less shedding? Mine comes out in clumps when I shower. Also, I know accutane depletes vitamins in yourbody. Taking vitamin D, iron, and zinc is so important. The brand Olly makes Vitamin D gummies and they taste so good, I take two a day. Sephora sells hair vitamins by the brand Hum Nutrition called “Hair Sweet Hair”. Really important to to take care of our bodies after accutane. I wish you the best!

I don't know about that, I didn't notice that happening.
I ordered a one month supply it came with the hair vitamins a stress vitamin bottle and third bottle I think for gut health. It is pricey I used a code. But I plan on taking 2 hair pills a day instead of 4 lol and see what happens

So it's been 9 year's after giving birth to my son and after like 5 months of his birth untill this day I never stopped loosing my hair I cut my hair so short many times and still I tried everything thing OTC all the vitamins so now I decided to buy the nutrofal the postpartum one and am using it 1 week now so I'll see how that goes for.....I think cause of the birth of my son my hair never stop falling I loose almost 700 strand daily and never before my son birth I ever loose any hair also I have a girl I gave birth too and 5 years after my son was born sometimes my hair is so dry and brittle and keep loosing off from the root and I want to bald my head then thinking how ugly I'll look😔😔😔 I struggle to make my hair look good to go work my hair is soo thin like one of your finger in thickness you can imagine my pain I hope this nutrofal work man

Do any of the other ingredients give you bad side effects and also when you take all four at once do you want to eat a heavy meal so that your stomach can handle the pills
No side effects at all. You may develop acne if you don't drink enough water. Be sure to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. I take it after a regular meal. It doesn't upset my stomach at all. Good luck!

The before pictures do not look like your hair, the color, texture? I came here for reviews as I have been obsessed in trying to find a cure for my hereditary hair loss. Unfortunately all the products do not say new hair growth, it says thicker, fuller hair. The only cure for my hair loss is hair transplants. But I’m still searching for something to help keep what I have.
The before pictures are mpst certainly my hair. I wasn't coloring my hair because it was falling out. The texture is also different because it was extremely thin when it was falling out. I was also flat ironin my hair at the time. My new growth after nutrafol was extremely thick and its curly because I'm not straightening it like I used to amd since it started growing back I colored it darker. Nutrafol worked for me, I have absolutely no reason to make false claims because as I said I have not been paid by Nutrafol for this video. It is a 100% honest review and those before pictures are me. Good luck with your hair loss struggles.

I stopped taking for a month and noticed a bit more shedding, but I don't think I was off of it long enough to really tell a difference. I'm still taking it after 2 years.

I don't know, i remember my hair would mosly come out in big clumps in the shower. I have long hair so i would see long hairs everywhere.

Do the pills smell or taste bad? I really struggle with taking pills
Hi Ashley. They do have a bit of a weird earthy smell when you open the bottle. The pills don't really taste bad in my opinion. I just chug them down 2 at a time with water, but I don't really have a problem taking vitamins. You may have to take them 1 at a time with like juice or something if you have trouble taking large pills. Hope that helps!

They kind of taste like black licorice. I’m not a big fan of black licorice but it doesn’t bother me.
Nutrafol customer service is not good. I'm glad this product worked for you but did not for me. When I tried to cancel my subscription no one called me back. They also have not responded to my emails. Be careful when ordering from them because they do not respond to your requests.

I believe so. It's a natural supplement, like a vitamin. If you call the Nutrafol customer service they will answer all your questions 😊
I would double check with your doctor also! It’s been shown that saw palmetto (which is an ingredient in Nutrafol, commonly used to reduce the effects of DHT) may reduce the effectiveness of the BCP. But I don’t know for a fact to what extent ☺️

Why would I make this up and put up fake pictures? I wasn't paid to make this video so that doesn't even make sense. That is my hair before I dyed it and in different lighting. I lost a bunch of hair so it was very thin and weak. I'm sorry if you don't believe me, but I have no reason to lie and waste my time making a video to fool people. Smh
