Hey what shampoo and conditioner are you using along with taking the nutrafol ! Your hair is gorgeous and I’ve been suffering from hair loss and it’s been so devastating to me
I'm sorry you are losing your hair, I know how devastating it can be! I try to stay away from shampoo with sulphate for the most part, I use All About Curls low lather shampoo and conditioner mostly, and I use EVA NYC Therapy Session as a deep conditioner. When I need a deep cleanse I use Neutrogena TSal shampoo or Tresseme Build Up removing shampoo. Shea Moisture products are good too, but it really depends on your hair type. If your hair is fine you don't want to use heavy products like these.

@@very-mel-lo You should use Ola Plex shampoo and Conditioner. Other store products have DM ingredient that makes your hair fallout.

Any idea if it would work even when we reduce the dosage to 2 pills instead of 4 pills
I don't know but it's recommended to take all 4 with a meal.
