I started 2 months ago. My hair has grown so much ( ik because I highlight it blonde) unfortunately overtoning and bleaching destroyed my hair. Noticed so much breakage and hair in the drain after a shower. Devastating. Started Nutrafol Balance and it is amazing. Hair shedding decreased. Significant hair growth. It's worth every penny. NOPE! I haven’t worn extensions in years now. I DO use the voloom, though. It’s my secret weapon 💗

Not a one, other than a new hairline ❤️. I have read some people have digestive issues due to the biotin.

Oh no! Is there anything else that could be hindering your progress? Do you drink a lot of diet soda by chance?
