I've just subbed, i find your videos are really great to watch. very informative and easy to watch. keep up the great work. I have to admit editing on a ipad looks very different to other that use much larger screens!
I love love this ! I have been watching your channel for a while, back when you used the purple app to extend display :) and I’m definitely convinced to go all in on iPad now. I use a combination of MacBook and iPad, but find the laptop becomes an un inspired piece of tech every time I’m on it. Now unfortunately i have the 2020 pro model, so I need to get a M1 or M2 one, but do you ever edit videos on extended display now ? And I think you use Luma Fusion, but do you also use Final Cut Pro for iPad ? Right now, my workflow starts on my phone with IMovie and then fine tune as much as I can on iPad and usually put the finishing touches (if needed) on desktop version but would love to see a video (if you’ve changed your workflow) Anyhow… GREAT channel :)
Wow! Thanks a lot for watching my videos! 😊 Much appreciated! I do edit my videos when I’m connected to the monitor, helps to see things bigger. I use Lumafusion and the recurring fee is what’s kind of stopping me from moving to Final Cut. But let’s see if I will switch, meaning switch editing apps but not switching from an iPad to a MacBook. 😉 I am pretty happy with this setup!
Thanks for great video , very interesting, just wondering how many hours does it take you to script, shoot and edit a video like this? Thanks for your great content
Thanks for watching brianfromireland 😉 and thanks for your question. I usually need an hour or 2 to write scripts, and that does not include the testing of the product if I am doing a product review. Shooting videos takes 2 hours too (1 hour if I am lucky!) Editing the videos sometimes takes me 1.5 days. so yes, it is a very long process!
I like how clean and simple your setup is
thank you!
