Superb presentation, thanks! I’ve been an iPad user for many years, but instead of trying to figure things out for myself as I’ve done in the past, but with all the new wonderful options on the newest iPads, this simply is a must presentation to watch!
Great instructional video about the IPad. In your next video, could you go over the Accessibility options for those users with a disability who use an IPad or an IPhone, please?.
This was a great video. Tons of information. I recently created a shortcut that opens You Tube and Notes in Split Screen. I used that to take detailed notes while watching this video
It was so badly explained by Apple, and it was compl;iocated by the fact they released it on the Computer as well (which really didn't need it)... Glad we got you sorted out!
Hi Dylan BB 👕😎💕here. You outdid yourself again. A “grand slam”! This video was exceptional!! congrats. I will be referring to it over and over. Just on time since I am looking to purchase a new iPad to replace my old MINI. THANKS again. Stay safe BB 👕😎❤️👌👍
WoooooooW It's just Awsome. U made all of our life so simple, and productive. I hv recently purchased and ipad and going to buy a macbook pro. And I m new to Mac shifted from Windows. Thank you very much. U r great. Your teaching is so precise, complete, and all the points are covered so nicely. 🙏🕉️
I appreciate that, and thank you for watching. As you make this transition, check out all my videos and let me know if there is anything missing that you would like me to cover. Also, in the next several weeks, I have a new series of videos specifically aimed at new Mac users. The recent Finder video was the first one. If you haven't seen it, you can find it here: ruclips.net/video/uC0SxbJQecA/видео.html
I’d like to know the app used for the custom widgets. I’ve seen a few but they are usually sub-par and still carry the app name under the widget image.
There are several that you can use. Many are paid, but most have a lot you can do in the free version. My favorites are WidgetSmith and Color Widgets, but I have also been playing around with Quike. The ones in this video were made with Color Widgets.
I have 2 google drive accounts. Is it possible to have them both open at the same time? Also, I need to be able to differentiate between the two to make sure I am keeping files in the correct one. Help please.
Unfortunately the way the google software works you can't have them both open at the same time (annoying, I know). And differentiating between them is also less than ideal. It's one of the reasons I encourage users to consoldate their google data into one account whenever possible. It will probably be easier for you to manage them through the google drive app, switching between the two accounts. The Files app SHOULD open whichever user you currently have selected in the Google Drive app. I wish it was easier, but I also wish Google as a whole was simpler in how they do pretty much EVERYTHING! I have defaulted to only using Google Drive when absolutley necessary, and using Dropbox or iCloud for the majority of my cloud files. Hope that helps...

You mentioned a widget creation application, but you do not say which one it is or seem to provide a link in your information about this video. By the way, it’s a well done video and I greatly appreciate you doing this. I’m sharing that with a lot of my family and friends who need basic information on how to use your iPads
Thanks for the compliment! The info about which widget I used got left on the cutting room floor... basically there are several that you can use. Many are paid, but most have a lot you can do in the free version. My favorites are WidgetSmith and Color Widgets, but I have also been playing around with Quike. The ones in this video were made with Color Widgets (and a little graphic help from Canva).
Not a bug, I did an edit on the video and I had changed the color to the magenta shade, but that change got cut. Good for you for recognizing the change. Just a video edit...
It really depends on what you plan to do with it... The only way to get the 16GB is to go up to 1TB or 2TB which can make it a pretty expensive purchase. If it's a computer replacement and you will be doing video editing and photoshop level work you should get the 16GB... but if you are just going to use it to surf the web, answer emails and watch videos 8GB is plenty.

This is one of the best videos I have seen. I now will replay it, replicating your actions so I can learn them. Almost all were new to me. Thanks!
I love to hear that. Please let me know what your favorite tip is once you get the hang of them.
Great work. Thank you.
This is superlatively impressive. Thanks a million for this lesson.
Great presentation.
How did you make the creative folders for on desktop for different categories? Like He’s Crafty?
Without a doubt one of the best channels on RUclips. Everything so clearly explained and loads of helpful information. Thanks Dylan!

Outstanding presentation.
Thanks!
Great stuff. I finally understand stage manager.🎉

This is the best I thought I already knew so much about the iPad and have definitely learned a ton of great information thx!
Thank you for this great video. One question: can I add my signature on to a pdf file using Apple Pencil?
What informative information!

Always learn some really good tips! Now to remember them! What widget app did you use?

For the clock it said you were choosing light blue and looked light blue but then when you clicked Add it changed it to magenta. Is that a bug?

Hi Dylan
Which ipad pro to buy
One with 8gb or 16gb ram
It really depends on what you plan to do with it... The only way to get the 16GB is to go up to 1TB or 2TB which can make it a pretty expensive purchase. This is power user tips 😂😂😂?
Thank you for great information.
Thank you, just found your channel and after watching two videos, I have learnt more about my iPhone and iPad than ever before.
Thank you so much for all the information that you share!!!
This was indeed a great and helpful video! Stage Manager intimidated me when it first came out so I just wouldn’t use it! 😂
Glad it was helpful! Now you know… and like GI Joe says, “knowing is half the battle” (I think I just showed my age there… 🤷♂️

Thanks. I’ll tell her you think so! 🐈
