Yamaha Recording Customs are great sounding! Very warm and yet powerful sound. I wish you would have commented on the electronics. If drummers need any education is how electronics, samples, and triggering are used in a live setup.

If you have a tune-bot and want the same snare drum sound you have to tune the top lugs to 285 Hz and the bottom lugs to 420 Hz, and also have a 14'' 6,5'' Yamaha recondig custom snare ;)

Does anybody have an idea about what resonant drum head is he using for the snare and toms? Also the batter and resonant drum heads for the bass drum. Lastly, what frequencies for toms and bass drum if you have tune bot :(

The standard snare is 14". You should be able to calculate your drums out from that. :)
