22:30 - Sundered Sky on Kha'zix is good when you have Conqueror and is on bruiser build
All summoner spells should be removed or purely macro focussed. Cutting someone's heal in half when there's items for it, taking someone's damage and reducing it by 60% WHILE slowing them, smiting someone to slow them or get a mini exhaust, getting huge movement bonus... it's all stupid and should be removed. The only thing that should stay is flash and it's range should be enhanced by 50%.
The only other way to fix sums would be to make them ALL micro. Ignite shouldn't do any damage, it should cut their MR and make poisions and burns do more damage. Exhaust should reduce movement speed (decaying) and any skillshot hit should immediatly stun them. Teleport removed, Ghost to last until you reach the person you clicked when you activated it. Used for a lane or a gank. The stupid mana thing should act like a blue buff and cleanse makes you immune to CC after you used it until you get hit by hard CC again. This should include a sum for tanks which makes them 'heavy', not allowing knock ups to affect them.

hey nb its actually possible to keep your hec stacks from raptors to krugs, and it results in hec's fastest clear possible. you just have to pull the raptors all the way out until the patience bar is about to run out, use last q and youll be to the krugs fast enough with E second. Then you can carry the stacks to red, and using the same method can save your q stacks all the way to wolves. Its possible, do it in practice tool
