I've been recording with XAVC-S on 140M Bitrate for 4K 30fps videos for youtube,, but the file sizes are massive, would you recommend i switch to 100 or 60?, i don't care about color grading, so 8 bit is good too
cause im assuming bro doesnt live in the US which means he needs to use either 25fps,50, or 100 so he doesnt get catch light flicker. because of the different electricity refresh rate.
@@ES-pt9te As far as I know the flicker has something to do with the shutter speed and many people in EU use NTSC mode for more FPS unless they produce for TV. Thats why I wanted to know other benefits.
bro lives in the EU, and when I use NTSC here then I get lots of flicker in street light and artificial lights. It has to do with the power frequency of the electrical grid here. It's 50hz, which means that lights powered by the grid flicker 50 times per second. PAL cameras are designed to match this 50 Hz frequency by recording at 25 frames per second (fps) or a multiple of that (like 50 fps). While the US for example operates at 60 Hz. This doesnt matter unless I'm in the city and filming where there are loads of artificial lights. Idk maybe I'm wrong, but I've noticed this and this is how it's been explained to me.
Love my a6700. Great settings. Thanks
thanks for watching! :)
This was super helpful, thank you!
bro looks like a video game character💯💯

Change fps to 24 or 25 depending on your region then drop the bitrate to 100mbps and 8bit 4:2:2
Which settings do you use for family video that you don’t want to grade? S-Cinetone profile and still 4K 10bit 4:2:2 100M?
Love u videos
Thanks
looking to buy a 6700 or a7iii for sports photography and some videography. What would you say is better?
the a7iii is a bit old and spec wise the a6700 is much better. If you really want to go ff then you can get a7iii but else I would choose a6700.
When you upload this on Instagram what editing app you use?
what's the difference between XAVC S and HS, which is better ?
Why you shooting in PAL and not NTSC? Do you produce for TV or are there other benefits from PAL over NTSC?
