Thanks for the great content, excellent video. I’m glad to know this camera has really good low light performance. I just got into photography and was definitely wondering about low light performance. Didn’t want to break the bank buying first camera. So I got the A6700 with entry level lens. Thanks for putting some of the settings in also. Helps a great deal.
Beautiful and calming video, thanks mate. Great quality in low light, with really cool shooting angles and the right music. So a little story was born. The journey continues. Greetings Mode 🚐 🤠
Thanks a lot mate. In low light conditions I mostly expose for highlights, I use zebras and multi meter and expose between M.M. 0.0 & +1.3, you can watch this video to learn more ruclips.net/video/sXFoCL7rfGQ/видео.htmlsi=KSHRA-hNfVV1klNn
It's not the cleanest for sure but who cares? As long as it's good. I have watched hundreds of movies and shows that are not clean and noisy but it does not really matter. Great Work!
sir am i ask if i buy my first lens is it better sigma 18-50 f2.8 or the 18-105 f4 sony, i want to make low light video on the beach with light resource only the fire
18-105 f4 is awesome lens, I have owned one but in low light f4 is not great, so I would go for 18-50 f2.8. But f2.8 is also not the best at low light. If you shoot before the sunset or during, maybe on blue hour it might be ok. To be honest I normally use Sigma 16mm f1.4 or 56mm f1.4 for low light.
Noob/beginner to videography, let’s say i don’t always want to shoot in slog3 on my fx30 and mess around in davinci for hours, what is the best pp or creative look to shoot at if i just want some quick workflow and slapping a lut on it.
@@fellouss I meant that I shot only on base ISOs. When it’s not that dark I use 800 of course, but when it’s getting really dark and I can’t expose properly then I jump on to the 2nd native iso 2500 🙂

@@plantscreatives I have used Sigma 16mm & 56mm f1.4 for this video. There’s an amazing lens from Sigma too 18-50mm f2.8, universal lens, my most used lens for shooting video, but f2.8 is not that good in low light for video, photography np. For low light prime lenses are the best, so like Sigma 30m f1.4 prime lense would be most versatile. So it really depends what you will be using it for.

You are creating amazing content!!😍 I have one doubt related to camera as I am using Sony ZV-E10 apsc camera and have already purchased two apsc prime lenses and now I'm thinking to upgrade my camera but everyone is suggesting me to upgrade into full-frame and If I upgrade to a full-frame camera then again I'll need to invest significantly in new full-frame lenses as well so keeping the budget in mind I'm wondering if I could achieve similar results with the A6700 along with prime lenses, which would save me a lot of money. Could you advise whether I should save up for a full-frame camera or stick with apsc setup??😅
Thanks a lot mate. Well we all know full frame will always be better but it cost a lot too. I shoot professionally for money with Sony a6700 and no problems. Especially if you can control light then it is as good as full frame. Of course it’s all about your needs, what you will be using camera for. For content creation apsc cameras are more than enough, for professional photography, video it is also enough but full frame will always have an edge 🙂 I’m buying a full frame just because I want absolutely the best quality for my photography and that’s for my work. For content and travel I will stick with a6700 🙂
@@mohitsharma8912 You're absolutely right, it's a great camera. I've been able to achieve impressive quality with my APS-C setup, but there are some limitations. The 8-bit footage can be tricky to color grade at times, and it doesn't support 4K at 60fps/120fps. Also, the stabilization struggles a bit, especially in run-and-gun situations.
