Been playing this game since I was in highschool like over a decade ago, I just happened to stumble upon your channel and just wanted to say thank you for making the content. Old school games like this have a leg up on anything being made these days with regards to creativity, story, character development and only really fall short in the aging of their graphics of course. I didn't really expect to learn anything new here as I had played for solo long off and on, and recently tried out Legendary Edition mod to play all the original game maps in the DS2BW engine. However I don't know why I never considered getting chant of stone on other characters before with extra points, I always winded up going for dodge/survival, or even fort/toughness instead. I'm definitely going to have to give it a try in my new playthrough, I also use Elys Succubus for increased caps on skills/level as well as a x2 skill point mod to make up for the increased necessary investment. Looking forward to seeing more and wish you all the best in your channel growth!
Played this game like 7 times ,never played dlc specs,wanted to try something new,after watching this guide I'm actually exited ,and understand it a lot better, you did really great job,gonna watch you're other videos with all specs
I've been playing DS2 with my friend online we never had the dlc until recently so this is very helpful for understanding this new class
It'll be a good idea for my new solo playthrough. Thrown flurry + wrath of bear + new chant of stone + some new stuff in assassin's tree. I usually keep + embrace and wrath skills gear to swap before casting buffs, so it doesn't take too much skill points. Or maybe full wrath for bear and lifesteal buffs.
