The Blood Assassin's Rune of Sacrifice is pretty amazing: it applies a huge damage buff to your normal attacks and your powers. This comes with the price of massive health regeneration de-buff, which is basically continuous life-drain.
However, you can off-set the life drain with Life Steal easily. When you fight against hard-hitting bosses, you can use Invincibility to protect you from both their attacks and the Rune's drain as well.
This results in a marvelous damage buff with little to no cost. As you can see these bosses did not stand a chance. :)
The only time I went down was when Zaramoth released that op/impossible to dodge Waves of Force attack. Ugh... the last boss in the last 12 seconds manages to one-hit me. Still, my healer got me back nicely, so I was alive and well at the end. :)
