I'm so glad to see someone else enjoying this game! My computer recently broke, and I don't know if the new one will be able to run this. :( It was my favorite when I was young.

You should be able to run it. The newer windows systems have compatibilty options with the older ones, so the execution of older programmes is not typically an issue. However, if you are using a physical CD, maybe the computer does not recognize it for some strange reason. In that case, I would suggest downloading the virtual form of the game from steam, for example. Hope this helps.
They kinda recycled the characters, buildings and soundtracks from the original patch lol. Oh no, I wanted the name to sound somewhat cool and heroic :-)
No, just regular game. The way I managed to zoom out was with obs studio and the option of "expand to screen" or something like that. That's why you see it full screen, but when I played it it was regular 1024 res.

@@GenMaster Well that's great, if your computer has a CD slot. The newest laptops no longer have that, but a conventional PC should, so fantastic 🙂

im pretty sure its supposed to be merik. in the game files that characters name is also "merik" would make sense since the staff of stars is his
