How To Make The Most Delicious Jamaican Spiced Easter Bun Recipe / Step By Step

Spice bun is a must have on our table
Some people buy the spice bun or other preferred to make their own
In this video tutorial I am going to show you step by step how to make the most delicious bun recipe you will ever have.
SPICE BUN RECIPE
FOR BUN LIQUID MIXTURE
5 tbs butter
1 dragon stout , Guinness or malta
1 cp wine
1 1/2 cps sugar or sweeten to your tast
2 tbsp jam
1 tbsp molasses
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 tbsp Orange zest or zest of one large orange
1 tbsp browning
DRY MIXTURE
4 cps flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp 5 spice or mixed spice
2 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tsp nutmeg
GLAZING
2 tbsp jam
1 tbsp butter
2 or 3 tbsp sugar
Melt the ingredients in a saucepan only after bun is finished baked
Use immediately to glow spice bun
Or just glaze spice bun with honey
This amount of ingredients will give you 2 bun.
