Just came home from work and this was the perfect 20 min session for me! I love that you say do it at your pace.! Gives me hope. But how do you learn the jump kick. Not that coordinated yet lol

I have a hard time controlling the bag. Is that something you learn over time?
Yes you will learn how to control the bag with practice. When you strike the bag, think of the bag as if it absorbs the shock of your punch or kick. Also when you punch or kick the bag, engage your core and exhale as you strike.
