@@troymash8109 I know people complain about the Superman parts in the movie, but when you watch the whole movie, and see how it opens and how it ends, you realize that it's actually Bruce Wayne/Batman's movie. The title even starts with Batman, so it's definitely more a Batman movie, than it is a versus movie. The only gripe I had with the movie was Doomsday. I would have preferred a more humanoid face. That's it. A nit pick.

I wasn't really expecting it after just releasing the video reviews for the TV spots a couple of hours ago but that just goes to show how dedicated you are to the channel and how consistent you guys are with your news. Greatly appreciated!
Perfect trailer. Btw, I don't think Batman is overshadowing Superman because this movie exists because of the events of Man of Steel and it's a direct continuation of that movie. Every single motivation for these characters revolve around Superman. The story itself is about superman. It's a movie where Lex Luthor, Bruce Wayne and basically all of humanity are going after Superman. If Superman isn't in the scene, they're talking about him. Sure, you'll see a bit more Batman in the beginning, Snyder confirmed this, but that makes sense because they have to establish who this Batman is. Oh, and we are getting TWO Superman villains in this movie. So no, Batman is not overshadowing him. Snyder's favorite hero is Superman. He wouldn't do that to him. #TeamSuperman
Perfect trailer? The middle part is boring because of how awesome the beginning is and the only time we see anything as cool as that is at the end and the music is really generic. The Comic Con trailer is the best trailer of Bvs

Whenever new footage for Batman v Superman or Suicide Squad comes out, I look forward to your reactions the most. You guys are amazing, and I think your reactions are genuine. I love hearing your commentary and your thoughts, but all that 'I want to see a non-angry/hope-inspiring Superman' is just..pfft. It's like (imo) you guys have been influenced to some extent by the haters when it comes to Superman.
Did you just forget all those scenes from the comic con trailer (and #2) where he saves people from a burning building, or rescues that rocket, or when he's surrounded by people on day of the dead or when he's about to save people from a huge flood. All of this is Superman being Superman. He's become a hero after the events of MoS. And "non-angry Superman"? We saw plenty of that in the CC trailer, and from the start and end of trailer #2. And you can be sure we'll see more of that in the movie.
This was a Batman heavy trailer, but I think that's(the whole sequence in the first third of the trailer) mostly to win over casual moviegoers(who don't follow superhero news like us), and because people tend to hold on to previous versions of characters (Christian Bale in this case). I mean, anyone who's not convinced Ben Affleck is at LEAST a great Batman is lying.
What I liked about it is that Superman won't be depowered just so he can fight Batman. I mean, he was throwing Batman around like a rag doll until the very end where the effects of Kryptonite started to show.

Absolutely agreed on the Superman part. I'm getting a little annoyed with the whole "superman can't be angry" thing or the "he's not inspiring hope" arguments, when the comic con trailer had a line by Lois, mentioning how the symbol on Superman's suit gives people hope and then showed him about to save a family on top of a roof. And yes, showing anger is also part of Superman's character.

+Akil manaz As some one who agrees with them on the Superman part, let me explain. They're asking for a more "Superman" Superman. Ie- If you go read the comics or heck even see the animated content, some of the best is when Superman is smiling, bright, fun and inspiring. Simply saving people is not inspiring on it's own, the writers have to show us more. Like All-Star Superman is a great example, he's dying yet he has time to go talk to a small girl about to commit suicide and tell her that she's stronger than she thinks and that it'll be okay and he gives her a hug, and saves her. And after that he makes time to go to sick kids at the hospital to heal them, all whilst he's dying. He's smiling throughout. He's not displayed as serious or angry, but he seems gentle, kind, compassionate. Stuff like that displays character. It's easy to be sad, serious or look angry or nervous. It's harder to overcome that negativity and be optimistic, positive and take everything with a smile. That's Superman. And that's what is lacking.
+Akil manaz Just came here to say the same thing. I cringe nowadays watching so many reaction videos because I feel like a lot of them force their reactions just to get views and it shows. These guys are always genuine and it truly shows and it makes watching the videos way more enjoyable. I enjoy their enthusiasm and insight.
This is truly, the one and only movie I'm going to the theatre to see. Everything else is Netflix.

He didn't lead Zod to Earth. Jor-el sent Kal to Earth knowing he will become powerful via the yellow sun, so it's not Supe's fault he's on Earth. Zod made the decision to follow Supes on his own because he wants Supe's dna. Clark was a just a simple farmboy who found out he's an alien with superpowers.
Batman is actually a good example of villains popping up in Gotham because the Batman exists. People like Bane who specifically came to Gotham to challenge Batman, as well as Joker's existence is pretty much because of Batman.
I think that Batman standing up to Superman and simply surviving is a massive victory in itself.

The way Batman punched that guy's throat was beautiful, that fight scene was poetic. Bruce Wayne's face is epic, that "bitch please" moment with Alfred was perfect. Superman's WTF?! face was hilarious. And Diana is made of awesome. This movie will change everything. I'm so happy for DC. I'm both a Marvel and DC fan.

I loved many things about this trailer without a doubt but I want to talk about what honestly surprised me the most! First that last segment with Superman and Batman! My god, that was pure gold! Words can't describe how epic it truly was! And the last part that truly has sold me more on Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman! Honestly it wasn't how she looked in the costume, though she looks amazing, breathtaking; but that beautiful smile! Honesty that may appear as something out of left field for many people, but it's the truth! I think she'll be great!

+Bruce Wayne how exactly does losing make superman lose credibility. He's not invincible. If a human with a plan brought him to his knees, it would only stress how even he needs to work with others, especially against threats like doomsday and darkseid. From what I've gathered from the trailer, superman seems rather cocky about his power and hypocritical with his stance on batman. He needs to be humbled in order for his character to progress. This is still a young superman ( 2 years on the job) and he needs to be taught a lesson.

I would say the first trailer focused on Superman more than batman and the second trailer focused on the Dawn of justice and the third being more batman. This story is focused on Superman but they will have to establish this new Batman because he is darker and more violent.
I'm sure it's been said but Superman has to do something in this to change Batman's mind, and that will be a momentous thing. Once you convert Batman you're golden.

Superman's struggle is never physical, it's mental, and internal. His biggest problem is that he can't save everyone, he can't be everywhere at once, he STILL lives his life as Clark (otherwise he'd go insane), he sacrifices EVERYTHING to help people.

Then he decides to get serious and put Batman on his ass in order for him to actually listen, and Superman then helps Batman up and they become best friends. I don't understand the hatred towards DC. They've never had a shared film universe before. They've always done everything first accept that. That's one thing I can thank Disney Marvel for . They got the executives at Warner Brothers get off your lazy asses and brought together Zack Snyder , Deborah Snyder , Geoff Johns Chris Terrio to get this film shared film universe started. Even the interview you heard David Ayer & Zach say during that Dawn of Justice special on the CW they think fans are going to love how all these films connect. I guarantee these films are better thought out then the MCU films. For what they are they're entertaining. But they're mainly kid action comedies. Written for children and families. They have 12 films over half of them suck or are mediocre . Besides the first Iron Man The Avengers and their best film Captain America Winter Soldier and a really fun movie guardians of the galaxy the rest seem like they didn't even try. Thor 1&2 are both boring. Captain America the First Avenger is blah. Iron Man two is horseshit. Iron Man 3 is one of the worst comic book films ever made. age of Ultron was one of the most overrated films ever and wasn't even half as good as the first one. Ant-man was just a regurgitated plot from Iron Man with the way too much comedy and they got rid of the good actor for Incredible Hulk cuz Ed Norton's was one of coolest MCU films mainly because it was by Universal same with the first Iron Man film Disney tries way too hard to make these films as light as possible. They never make a scary villain. Loki is the only good villain they have and they overuse him. All the MCU movies make money that doesn't mean they're all good movies.

When Tony Stark was captured by terrorists, that didn't seem very "Disney" to me.
When Bruce Banner's memories of being the Hulk were treated like PTSD, that didn't seem very "Disney" to me.
When Tony Stark got wasted at his house party and beat up his friend, that didn't seem very "Disney" to me.
When Tony Stark's house got blown up by a terrorist inspired by Osama Bin Laden, that didn't seem very "Disney" to me.
When Captain America and Black Widow were lethally taking out terrorists on the Lemurian Star, that didn't seem very "Disney" to me.
Not to mention the insane Netflix shows, which are technically in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and are the exact opposite of Disney.
And lastly, you really shouldn't be trying to defend DC Comics as "better" than Marvel by being more mature, or darker, because that's missing the point of DC Comics entirely. You got duped by Batman, the most Marvel character ever, who happens to be at DC.
Superhero movies based on these iconic characters SHOULD be PG-13 and for generally all audiences. They shouldn't be Rated R and just for adults. We have Netflix and Deadpool for that.
Cherrypicking as a rebuttal doesn't refute his point, Hector. Overall, the Marvel Studios movies do play it safe by undermining tense situations with quips and humor. It works for them, and it's a successful formula. That being said, there are plenty of people out there (myself included) who are growing weary of this formula and are ready for the genre to be taken a tad more seriously. Furthermore, referring to Batman as "a Marvel character that happens to be at DC" is nothing short of antagonism, and reaks of bias. Try to cover your tracks better 😉

Ultimately, if you want superheroes to be taken more seriously, that's fine, but I believe that they shouldn't be taken TOO seriously overall, and that our favorite heroes, like Superman, Captain America, and Spider-Man among others, exist to teach morality to children, and that's what they should continue to do. Not appease adults who want to continue to justify their love of comic book superheroes (none of whom love them more than me, haha).
Both Marvel and DC have stories that can fit what you're looking for, more mature, thought-provoking, taken seriously, etc. But to say that one COMPANY can do it better than the other is really, really biased and antagonistic.
I've heard that comparison before, but that doesn't stop it from being inaccurate and downright silly. When something comes first, it's it's own entity... it's not "like the thing that comes after it." It's like saying, "Superman is like Goku
