I loved that aquaman bring food to people, showing that small things like that do matter. being a hero mean helping people with what they need not only fighting and kicking villains.
You're absolutely right! It's also really easy to overlook that comment though but when you do pay attention to it it's a pretty big deal (in my opinion).

Exactly. He might've not made a movie everyone liked, but he tried and still managed to develop some amazing characters and certain aspects of the film. He's had all this hate since Man of Steel. I feel bad for him.

I absolutely love how diverse the directors are for the upcoming DCEU movies.
Yea I love it to and it makes so much since because the JL is not really a "team" like avengers so each member would have a totally different feel from each other like their characters r being directed by different people

So many uninformed losers automatically point fingers and even have the audacity to boo a guy who's trying his best, when it's not even most of his fault for the divisive reaction to BvS. I mean, Zack had to cram so much JL exposition into the damn film to the point where it's true format was 3 hours, and then the studio panics and cuts 30 mostly-essential minutes out of it. And the 3 hour cut was STILL pretty damn good (in my opinion at least). After seeing most of what Snyder was envisioning with BvS in his ultimate cut, I honestly think he deserves a medal for dealing with a panicking studio, and definitely not booing from disrespectful man-babies who are too suborn to try to understand a new take on the characters. At least, that's my take.
Those people who showed such disrespect were just selfish and dumb.
Although some of his Zack Snyder's ideas like killing Jimmy Olsen for cheap shock value, the Lex Luthor he created acting more like Toyman and Riddler, and having Lex kidnap Superman's mom for him to fight Batman were criticized story ideas from both fans and critics.
John Goodrich That's perfectly fine that some fans had problems with that; while I think those aspects of the film were handled well, I don't expect everyone to agree. But I don't necessarily think that's a justified reason to boo someone at a convention, and I feel most naysayers of Snyder would agree. I'm not angry at people who don't favor Snyder's take, I'm just appalled that some of those people would do something so disrespectful.

re: the Timeline. I think Bruce visited Aquaman first and was probably the hardest to track down. Aquaman said no, which was why he was so surprised at how quickly Barry agreed to join up. That's my interpretation, anyways.

YEESSSSS. I have been refreshing my subscriptions for you guys thanks for making this video.
It's kind of funny that people say this looks like a Marvel movie and such when it looks exactly like Man of Steel and BVS. The only reason people are saying it looks like Marvel is because the jokes are much more evident in this trailer (still pretty much dry humor like BVS and MOS had). Which further proves my point that the only thing that makes Marvel movies good to people are the jokes. Don't be mistaken, I own all the MCU movies and like most of them, but they are not all great. But the minute there is a more obvious joke in a DC movie everyone says it's like Marvel.
The only reason people like DC movies is because they are "dark" and "bland"
Those two qualities don't equal good movies and the same goes for humor
It's all about story, characters and the script.

Which Man of Steel and BVS had all of that and people hate on them because they are "dark and bland" while movies like Ant-Man are corny has 2 dimesional characters and the script is 80% exposition (Like I said I like the movie, but this one is particularly overated) get a pass because it is funny and people act like BVS is the worst film ever made.
+Kahari Smith-Brewer I personally didn't mind the darkness although there defiantly was too much. The real problems for me were within the script and story. They also tried too hard to be complex and dark but didn't give me a reason to buy into all the bleakness. MOS dragged on with underdeveloped characters and a plot that was overcooked to death. BVS similar to ULTRON simply crammed way too much shit into one single movie and that did a huge disservice to the story, plot and the characters. The humor in MARVEL movies can be distracting at times but I still feel that most of the MCU films have a great balance whereas recent DC films are too one-sided. But hey that's just my opinion.
+James Garcia I respect you opinion. My opinion is that BVS and MOS aren't trying to hard to be complex. The complexity in each film is quite subtle at times. Zod is one of the more fleshed out villians inside a superhero movie. The Kents are portrayed as parents with actual fears and concerns not just "nice" people. MOS wasn't dark like people like to say. BVS was dark because of the content and story it was trying to tell. People rag on Jesse Eisenberg's Lex even though that incarnation of Lex Luthor is quite famous among comic book readers, they are just more use to the business side of Lex. They did try to fit a lot of stuff into the movie, but many of the stories they took inspiration from wouldn't make good film adaptations on their own. The Death of Superman storyline isn't that great and Doomsday is not a character who you can build and entire movie around. He just wants to kill Superman and he doesn't really talk. No director would adapt The Dark Knight Returns novel so working it into another story is probably the best we are going to get. The films are really good if people would just stop trying to hate them so much.
I think some people just don't know what their issues are with BVS. I enjoyed the movie, the only problems I had with it was the script and the pacing. I think some DC fans are concern about the humor because they don't want it to come across like its a Marvel film which is very understandable.

I feel like he is channeling Wally but just called Barry, if that makes sense, which is great with me because Wally is the best Flash IMO. A reason why perhaps Green Latern and Martian Manhunter aren't there right now is because of all the difficulty Batman had in trusting Kal-El who he constantly referred to as an alien and not a man. It would seem a bit weird for Bruce to attempt to search out aliens after everything that happened in BvS, it would kind of cheapen the story of that movie and the reasons Batman had for taking on Superman. Maybe when Kal returns he'll be the bridge that unites the other heroes with the League.

I always found the explanation of the speed force creating a protective barrier while Barry runs to protect him and whoever he carries (along with clothes) to travel without getting injured or worn by friction or wind resistance to be better than creating a frictionless suit or a suit that is built to be strong enough to handle those speeds. That's why I think you can easily explain The Flash having a streamlined and not made to specifically combat things like friction and wind resistance (I would prefer to explain it with the lore of the fictional speed force rather than explain it through science which can be proven wrong or improbable). But the armor looks kind of cool so it should be fine.
Thought the footage was everything I could have asked for. Can't wait for more.

I had the same thought as you with the aspect ratio, Adam. Do you think it's possible they are shooting in 4:3 like Wheedon did with the Avengers?
I love the way the flash's power looks. I agree about him never being portrayed as fast enough or powerful enough. Whenever he moves he looks awesome. And the set reports say that is only his prototype suit and that Bruce Wayne will help him get an upgrade later but I think it still looks great.

Henry looked bummed? When? Everyone there looked excited to be at Comic Con, and no one could say much nor sit down because they had to get right back to filming. Zack and the actors weren't there for a full panel, they were there to show what they had, get people pumped up, and immediately get back to filming.
Maybe Henry was "bummed" about something completely different. That is, if he was actually upset of course. You don't know, and neither do the rest of us.
Seriously though. I love the clips of him with the V mask surprising Will Smith.
A few people noted it may start with them helping Aqua Man in Atlantis in which he of course wants to help afterwards ..... but until we know for sure this was thrown out there

The aspect ratio was changed due to the screen ratio of comic con. They say it was edited by Snyder himself just for a tease for the fans.

I think it's WB's fault that BvS failed more than Snyder's. Reason I say that is cuz if u read between the lines in interviews Zack Snyder's done in press before & after BvS release and during Justice League set visit, it sounded like it was Zack & Christopher Nolan's idea to have just Batman in the movie, but the forcing in of other JL character teasers, Wonder Woman and the "Dawn of Justice" subtitle may have been corporate machinations @ WB. And, look unlike Marvel, everything is super corporate with the DCEU & there's so much negativity going on know, except 4 Suicide Squad. And, 2 prove that, unlike how Marvel announced their Phase 3 slate @ a fan event, WB announced their DC film slate in an investor's call. Like how frickin stupid is that. So, ever since that, it's been alluded that 3 of the 4 BvS trailers were f'ed up before release, and that only enhances negativity even more, especially since DC Films didn't have a leader back then. Now, they have a chance 2 change everything

Aquaman would get teased about his abilities on a regular basis.
Often the fish jokes were the only comic relief.

You guys are awesome! I will say that I liked the Justice League trailer far better than those of BvS. It seems like it will have a lighter tone which I like. Aquaman looks fantastic as does the Flash. I am a bit nervous though. I mean you can't have a Justice League film without Superman so I am sure he is in there. And they are probably holding back on showing him after the ending of BvS. So if that is the case and they bring him back in a big way I do hope its a great surprise. But I still find it sad that Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter aren't in this. I guess they could bring them in part 2.
