We create a simple survey for our example.

We use our SharePoint list to add data from Forms.
2:22 Create an Automated flow
We create a trigger based flow. Whenever a new survey response is created, we want to trigger our flow.

We apply an action to each and every response we get with the Apply to each action.
3:49 Get response details
Using the Get response details to get the details of the survey.

Hi Anders. Thanks for the tutorial. I do have a question. What if you need to include a Date in the Form you have created for when they took the course. You want to have the survey result to pinpoint which particular day the participants took the course. The date is populated by using a date picker dropdown calendar. I have issue with the date and flow failed. Appreciate your kind assistance.

I made it up to adding the site address after selecting "create item". I copy/pasted the URL where the file was stored and got an error indicating that Flow was unable to find the site address. I searched the problem online and this appears to be a recurring issue but I couldn't find a solution. Any thoughts?
As a side, it might be helpful to compliment this with a troubleshooting video.
Also, I've noticed that when I try to add my custom URL and flow can't locate the link, after awhile, Flow just overrides my entry with a URL that I do not want

I would like to create a flow in Power Automate using MS Forms Quiz. My question is When a MS form is submitted by a user from my organization, I wish to add the output ' response id' automatically into another different form (which I select during the flow) under the category ' Only Specific people in my organization can respond'. Is it possible to create such flow in Power automate with forms. Thank you for such nice tutorials. I am improving!!!

Great video! I wanted to find out the following: I want someone to complete ms forms and it automatically updates in share point list and needs two approvers for that request. I tried and it keeps failing when an email needs to be sent to first approver. Please help :)

What if you wanted more 'sophisticated' forms (other than just surveys, polls, etc)...how do you create more advanced forms?

Can you make a forms to specific people then consolidate their answers in one sharepoint? For example: a form for person A and one (same questions) for person B so the sharepoint file has a column with the name of the person who answered.
