  • Hey, ya'll! Today's video is another YOGA POSE TUTORIAL where I show you modifications & tips, & go in-depth on how to get into some of yoga's most commonly used poses. Today we are working on BROKEN WING POSE. Broken Wing pose is great for stretching the shoulders, chest, & hips. It's a pose I use pretty often & I enjoy the shoulder stretch I get from it most. I would not recommend doing this pose if you have a shoulder injury. Always make sure you're listening to your body & taking care of yourself during any type of yoga practice.
