Do these meals have alot of sodium?

Factor has about 800 mg. of sodium per meal on average.
I am honestly surprised at how bad these look for the cost. I can get a healthy choice steamer or power bowl for $2.50 and it has almost the same nutritional values and the presentation is just as good. I can’t believe these are $11 a piece. I’m glad you were honest, I would have had sticker shock if I had gone to place an order. I don’t mind spending the money but when it looks like a $3 meal and doesn’t seem to have any better nutrition, I’m gonna have to pass. I would absolutely pay the cost if the presentation was better

Factor75 keto meals...these are nothing like a frozen meal...these are not frozen...everything is fresh and they taste incredible...nothin, I mean nothing like a frozen meal. They can get expensive but just think you do not have to shop, use car car gas, think about or process "what am I gonna eat for dinner tonight"...the meat is grass fed, organic veggies...these meals are incredible. I am not being paid to say anything
These are grass fed ,non gmo meals. Which cost more than your average ingredients and groceries. They might be 3$ to make at wholesale but these companies have tons of overhead expenses like employees, sales, marketing ,packaging ,apps , and tons of other expenses which they are priced at 3x the cost. Paying 11-12$ for a cleaner ingredient meal ,you aren’t paying for price point you’re paying for service and quality. I got my first order and I will say it was delicious the first 3 meals. These videos don’t justify the taste.
And the soduim on some of the frozen brands at the supermarket are not as high or the calories.
The factor meals don't appear to be healthy as they have a lot of saturated fat in them.
Factor over freshly any day
