  • Don't you love it when your bread is nicely risen and perfectly toasted.
I tried to come up with a strategy to 1 area him, but everything failed. So here's me simply countering away until he dies, as usual.
While Risen Teostra isn't nothing too wild from base Teostra, he was already such a coked up maniac since base rise he doesn't really need much more. Also this guy looks dope as hell. I only wished he has some actually good hitzones.

Rarely sub these days but Teo is my hardest matchup as a "parry as much as you can" lancer and this just makes him look easy. Love your runs

Totally forgot how busted the Lance Counter could be in Teostra's front... Great run (with MH3 flashbacks where the counter was introduced)!

The rationale behind using mitzu lance here is I couldn't get Risen Teo to stay in 1 area, so I can keep purple for the whole fight with a few points in handicraft and sharpening once after he leaves. If you can't fit in enough handicraft to maintain purple then ludroth should be better.
This is from my own experiences/opinions though, not extensive testing or calculations. So don't take my word for it.
Glad you enjoyed the run :D

@@holymonster6907 I always forget qurios crafting T-T I actually fit my build with 4 points of handicraft so I didn't consider that*, so ludroth on my set has similar levels of purple. Just missing a point of guard
*Edit cuz this sounded kinda arrogant but I just mean like, I got good rolls on my skills :/

@@ChEEsEmc In that case, Ludroth would absolutely be the best for you my man.
That's what I love about making a set in sunbreak. It's different for every person, and only you can make the right set for yourself.
