MHR Sunbreak: Level 220 Anomaly Furious Rajang Adrenaline Lance 3'55

Turns out a sub 4 run isn't that hard with the new broken elemental lance sets and adrenaline.
At first I didn't think the new elemental sets would be that much of an upgrade for this matchup with how much you rely on cross sweep and anchor rage. But turns out cross sweep does almost the same damage and in return leaping thrust hits like a truck.
Sub 4 is probably possible without adrenaline but I'm just flexing :)
