hello, excellent video, the value of 4250 in the circle pulse and 35 mm for the LS1416 is constant regardless of the diameter of the object to be engraving, do these values change if a roller other than the bosslaser is used?
Very interesting video, but you must notice this is due to the fact you are using different stepping motors right now. Just change your Z axing stepping motor on the rotary to the correct stepping value (same as the machine stepping motors), then you will solve this problem. You've simply been scamed by the seller if it gaves you such motors for the rotary, and different stepping motors for the machine. Always use the same stepping motors everywhere, so you will not have to modify the settings in vendor/machine mode. Regards....
@@JERCustomDesignsInc It seems you get it wrong all the way in. As you bought it from a chinese seller, you might have different stepping motors on the machine and on the rotary axis. So why you are turning around to find any solution that would go wrong in any way. The diameter correspond to the part you are supposed to engrave. Never change the pulse by default because it's just slowing down the motor move/speed, and the machine driver will never overrun the motor's max. So the default value is always over everything in the market if you have the correct driver. Now, if you want to simplify your life, just replace the provided stepping motors by the same of your machine, with same stepping. Thuse you will only have to turn on the Rotary option, give the correct diameter, chose the correct power for your laser, and you're done :-)

I dont think this could be any more wrong. Motor should be on the left side and all you should have to do is rotate image 90 deg and your done....
Very helpful

Where is the axis connection located on my HP2436 boss laser?thanks
Lol, there is none there, sorry. But you can make one by your own if you use a 4 way switch and add you own plug to the Y axis
Why should the diameter of all machines be set to 35?
because that is the diameter of the the wheels that turn the object
