I've been watching your vids for 3 years now and seeing you going back to Fallout makes me so nostalgic. You were the guy who taught me to actually build, and it was you who made me start playing Fo4 again. Cord, your building projects were pure gold. I love your Fo76 vids as well but I feel like this building system just binds you. No pressure, but it would be great see how your style changed during this break from Fallout 4.

I love the assets I've seen from F76 videos, but I dont think I could go back to building in such a restricted way. Fallout 4 on pc has spoiled me beyond belief
Same. Place everywhere and scrap everything are vital. Playing 76 feels so overwhelmingly restricted in comparison. Especially since, back in development, they promised we would be able to mod the game. I get that some mods would make the game unfair, but bug fixes? Hairstyles? Place frigging everywhere? Come on. What is even the point of having physics in the building system, nobody wants it.

@@jeremyalexander135 It will never be like building in Fallout 4. You can basicallly build whatever you want because of modders and you don't have to fuck around online either.
@@copecope7278 apparently you would not need materials to build there but it's something.. there are few online games that you can build like in fo76, ESO is horrible in that aspect

This is quite cool, I've mostly been building no mods on Fallout 4 but I think I'll try something like this in 76
The hill ontop of the cliff near the pond was where I built my second camp, 2018-2019. It was griefed in 2019.

Technically they're just coming because this is 25 years after the bombs so they're kinda just starting
as a swiss person, the 'helvetia' and flags are a pretty funny touch 😄
One stove needs to be replaced with a sink or a matching sidetable or small dresser with punch bowl on top to act as a sink area.
Near the vault is still a good place for vending. People still appreciate getting free travel to where you’re camp is.
Looks great man, I love the builds. Polishing a turd and making it looks good. That takes some skill set. but he bullshit and commentary make the video's never loose that!..

Looks great overall except for the double oven. Need to replace it with either a sink or counter. Maybe both...

Lately when I want to make a small build I’ll place one workbench and swap it out as needed.

Fallout 5 needs to have settlement building still. It really is my favourite part of Fallout 4, I have probably played the other games for the story way more, but Fallout 4 has the most hours played for me, just due to all the mods and settlement building I can do.
My camp has 2 stoves too, so i did not find it weird :-D
It's a pity that we can't use it for cooking...
You are so funny. Fences drive me crazy too. I usually end up deleting them after a few cuss words. The building methods suck in this game. Fallout 4 spoiled me. Great build and loved how u decorated it. Liked and subscribed. 👍🏻😊
You do know that with the latest update, there are no more low-level enemies to fight? They are around your level, then again it depends on your build.

Cordless I guess you never knew about me but I just wanted to post this just incase you see it. I've followed you and watched all of your videos for building in fallout 4 for about 3 years. Your the reason to how I got so good at building in Fallout. When I moved on to fallout 76. I missed your build videos. no homo but you made a huge impact on my building skills over the past 3 years maybe more lol. I miss your videos. yes it sucks to build in fallout 76 but it gets a little bit better each week. I still think your one of the best builders. the only one that comes close to you is probably blackapacolyps. but anyways just letting u know. more fallout 76 videos broski.
Buildings fun but you are 100 percent right it’s just annoying buggy and frustrating af. If it was overhauled majorly it be great. Id like to build a circle instead of just blocks and squares 🙄

Hahahahahahaha. Ive always said Bethesda has built frustration into the 76 building system. It sometimes makes me feel like that kid in the 80s rage quiting on my Atari 5200. Lol.

I'd do this, but I would have to pull Fallout 76 out of the trash first. I think it should stay there though
frame rate feels bad on this video for some reason
at this point i just want bethesda to add a new roof tile as the same shity roof is getting bland especially if you want to build a nice house but it ends up with plywood on the roof
