I have noticed that the 47cc engine that I have has topped out at around 11,200 rpm. The 49cc engine has topped out at 10,500 rpm.
No the jet and internals of a 47cc carburetor are smaller than a 49cc card, I put a 47cc carb on my 49cc engine and it was lean and wouldn't idle low, I took out the whole idle screw and it was still idling high.
the 47cc engines crank out more RPMs the 49cc engines have more torque
The engines are not for sale just for show besides I am currently using the 49cc engine on a project.
This engine is more than 8 years old and is very worn out. I put a new piston and rings and it has way more power and no engine knock!
