That was HILARIOUS--with John Goodman playing a grown-up slightly demented DJ.
Then there were the inside jokes. When the role alternated between the 2 actresses, Roseanne said things like "Aren't you glad you're here this week?" And when Goranson returned after Chalke left the show, all the cast members said, in character, "where've YOU been?"

As a mom, who in general doesn't like kids, I wouldn't trade my kids for anything. Yes there are bad days where you question why you did this. Especially in the beginning when they haven't slept in 3 days and they've blown out on your last clean shirt and that's ok. There are also amazing wonderful days when you can't fathom how you live without them. But if your bad days out number the good, please get help and talk to someone. You are a good mom 🤗

You know what - I miss Roseanne, too, and I think she should have stayed on the show. But I also love the fact that we got a chance to see how these folks lives continued 20 years down the road. We're not so lucky with most of the other shows that we love. So even though I wish Roseanne was here, I am glad we got another peak into these characters lives.

I've really been enjoying Becky! Darlene was my favorite in the Roseanne in the 90s but Becky had been giving me so much laughs since the show came back.

I agree! Darlene and Jackie were my favorite back in the day and they still are but Becky has Ben amazing this season.

The cruelest, most heartless thing to say!! 😭😭😭😭😡😯 I've been suffering with infertility for about 6 years. It hurts like hell, and many people suffer in silence. You feel as if you've been cursed and excluded from everyone around you. 😔😔😔😔 I look at this insane world, and I've often wondered why many people who have kids and don't want them. Yet the ones who want them can't have them. 😔😔😔
I totally understand what you're feeling. I really do. It took years to get pregnant with a couple of my kids. I now have four living children and one miscarriage. And my kids are grown now. I got pregnant immediately after the miscarriage and immediately after my daughter was born (the daughter that took years to conceive) so my last two are 11 1/2 months apart. Every month my heart broke. I know it's easier said than done but try not to think about it. (Even though I know you do all the time) I really get it

It's funny that they're in a scene together because Sarah was the one who replaced Original Becky in Rosanne and now she's playing a different character.
It funny how the microphone wire is visible in Sarah's hair. Then it just vanishes!! Lol
As much as I like Sarah Chalke, Lecy Goranson is just brilliant as Becky. I don't see Chalke being half as good as Goranson during the later more dramatic scenes like when she finally admits she hates Mark and herself for ruining her life in rehab.
Maybe a cameo by Kyle and Samantha Busch, that would be hilarious...

@@WiGgYof09 it's usually for the best. My husband and I are rather well off and decided not to have children. A lot of families like those portrayed on The Conners are the way they are because of terrible decision making skills, not the world shafting them.

2 Becky's. Reminds me of the old episode when they spoofed the Pattie Duke show. Identical cousins..., I mean identical Becky's....... It's funny Sara Chalk went on to have larger career on Scrubs etc. When she became the second Becky, I didn't think she could act. She always seemed to overact. I hated her on the show. Maybe I was just loyal to the old Becky?
