I never get tired of the Roseanne show. I usually watch an episode before bed at night. It can take awhile as there are 10 seasons but I like to savor them like a great meal. Sandra was also on Roseanne’s one season documentary in Hawaii called, “Roseanne’s Nuts” in the early 2000’s. They had a girls night out with Phyllis Dillar. They were very much friends for decades. I do love what she said about the Roseanne show. It should still be on. I agree. The Connors should’ve never happened. It’s embarrassing. I disagree with her reasoning that where she stands politically she shouldn’t. That’s just absurd. Sandra is smarter than that, come on.

She is better looking in person and very charismatic. Sometimes the shows are fast paced another show could be alot slower. I've been going to see her for about 20 years now. You never know what kind of mood she will be in or what kind of show it is. I know she loves showbiz and thats why i go, because she is going to put on a show! She is one of a kind! It is not an easy business and the fact that she is still around shows how strong she is and ultimately how strong you could be too.
“Roseanne” was indeed the first time I saw and even conceptualized what gay people are, specifically through Sandra as Nancy and Martin Mull as Leon, with Sandra as the genuine article offstage as well as on. I was able to express this to Sandra when I met her last summer as well. “Roseanne” was also the first time where I saw reference to an interracial kiss, and I was compelled to ask my mother, as a very little kid, why that would present any kind of conflict. It was certainly a groundbreaking show. I’m so grateful and happy Sandra played an integral part in it. All these years later, she’s still the greatest and thoroughly undiminished. Her live performances are extraordinary and well worth seeing.

It's not just political beliefs, it's political actions. This is show BUSINESS. Business is the first component. If you are bad for business (Roseanne is demonstrably bad for business) nobody wants to work with you. When you use racist, problematic, or outrageous language, you can't be surprised if people want to stop working with you. It's all about being an asset or a liability. Kathy Griffin turned in to a liability. Roseanne has turned in to a liability. But ... This is the real world and people have short memories. Roseanne can come back like Kathy did.

I love Sandra so much. No one else has the career she has made for herself. She's courageous, multi-talented, very intelligent and genuine. She was hilarious on 'So Help Me Todd' and I'd love for her to have a recurring part on the show. I also agree with her comments about Roseanne but I'm glad 'the Connors' carried on without Roseanne.

I believe Roseanne Barr came out and said she was bi-polar. This was years ago. If this is the case, it easily explains why she is so erratic with her views, opinions and voice. To me, she has always seemed "off". I NEVER watched one episode of Roseanne. These were not the sort of characters I would ever relate to.

I loved the show and I love Sandra
I understand not being interested in the show, but, If you've never watched how do you know what 'sort' of characters they are? I'm not here to carry water for this demographic, but they were white, working class, mid westerners. I'm none of those things and there were a lot of aspects that I related.

I am TRI-coastal and split my time between my three homes (1) LA with an amazing view of The Hollywood sigh (2) my NYC penthouse with a view of central park and of course (3) my Hamptons Estate. I was trying to make myself smaller and humble but that is the actual truth. I JUST made my plans to close up the LA home and head to The Hamptons in may. the actual date was uncertain but just locked it in with my team

@besttwoweeks-mh9ds Lets tell the whole story. Roseanne called the "prominent government official" a monkey(if I remember this correctly). I had seen pictures of that lady(Valerie Jarret) and with her straight, short haircut, she does not look black. What Roseanne said may have been in poor taste, but it doesn't seem like her intention was to be racist.
