Butternut squash 450g

Spices (Ground cumin 1 tsp, Coriander 1 tsp, Paprika 1 tsp, Cayenne pepper ¼ tsp (Optional), .)
Salt 1 tsp (to taste)
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
Parsley 10g
Maple syrup 3-4 tbs
Black pepper ½ tsp
