Great video!
Thanks!
David, Thank you for the great video. Big help! If we have 8 in our party and part of the people want to go on different rides (adults vs tweens). If their tickets are attached to my LL reservations (2), can they book a different LL ride on their own phone LL reservation system or does it know they are already booked on mine? I'm assuming the latter but they swear "friends" have had more than 2 LL reservations going on at a time. Help a momma out.
Hi David, have you heard of stacking? I keep hearing this term and it refers to modifying the reservations to stack them all at night. Can you do a step by step on how to do that?
Hi! For Disneyland, you can only book once you’re inside the park. Stacking is just when you have more than one Lightning Lane reservation at a time. So you can really only “stack” in the event that you are booking once every two hours. But if you use the tips in this video, you won’t need stacking. You’ll be able to get ahead of everyone and maximize your bookings one after another pretty efficiently.
Hi. Thanks for the video. Can a Magic Key holder book a lightning lane multi pass in advance? Thanks in advance.
Hi! Booking in advance is not an option at all for Disneyland. You always have to wait until once you’re inside the park
I'm still a little confused on the two hour rule. I just watched your other video that had more in-depth but it still seemed a little confusing. If I have an 11 AM reservation and I checked into the park at 8 does that mean at 10 I can do a second reservation? Or do I have to wait until, I have checked into the first ride?
Yes so you can book another reservation after you’ve used your current one. BUT if your reservation is more than 2 hours out, you can book another after waiting 2 hours.
@@DavidVaughnjust to clarify, are you saying that you can book lighting lanes at anytime just as long as it is two hours away from each other or we have to wait 2 hours then we can choose the next one.
I don't understand how the modify option works to get a better time? Could you show how to do this on your phone? Refreshing as well?
When you tap the “modify” button, you’ll see a set of new times to change to, including the attraction you’ve already booked. Usually the new time is later but sometimes, if someone cancels their LL, you’ll see an earlier time. You can select the different time and change your reservation. Sometimes folks keep going back and forth on that page, and pressing modify to see if they are can a better time.
You can only book lightening lane only "once" for each ride ? You can't book the same ride ?
Yes, just once per ride
So can I only use 3 rides under the lightening lane multiples or is it that after I am done with my first ride, then I can add another ride?
You might be thinking of Walt Disney World. At Disneyland you can only book one at a time like I show here.
They did not have lightning lane pass when we booked our tickets can we still prepay them we don’t go until end of September.
If you didn’t buy it in advance, then you just purchase when you get to the park. I have a video showing how to do this if you want to see the process!
You can modify your tickets (add days, park hopper, add Lightning Lane Multi Pass) in the app or online - it’s a new feature and really handy. It also locks in the LLMP base price (currently $30/day per person). If you think you might want it for a portion of your trip, you will buy it the day of AFTER you scan into the park. If you buy it in advance, you have to buy it for every day of your ticket.
How many lightning lanes do you get during the day?
You can do once per ride. But sometimes they book up so it’s not guaranteed that you’ll get to go on each ride
@@DavidVaughn at what time can you start to book them? Do you have to be inside the park?
Help! If I buy the tickets with my account is there a way to share it with my party? So they have it in their app on their phone?
I have the same question
@@masterchief8520 i found out you can! you just use their ticket number and on the disneyland app, under de link to account seccion you put it and it automatically saves it to their account and it doesn't affect the reservation or anything
How did you get it for 24?
Magic Key holders get 20% off
