- Kuluin Mufflers fitting up a 3.5 inch dpf back exhaust on a Toyota Hilux.
This system is a 3.5 inch pipe in 304 stainless steel. this is a diff dump system to try and maximise the exhaust note coming out of the dpf
I gave you a like because any effort to overcome the standard restriction is good, however, this has all been done before. What you completely forgot to do was go for a drive and give us a back to back driving experience. Did it actually make a difference to the power of the engine ? Did it feel more responsive ? Simple really. Changing something for changes sake is not what people are looking for. Thanks for the effort though you only did half a video.
Thank you for the feed back. As time goes on and our business grows we will have more time and budget for more comprehensive videos. For now we are putting out as much as we can with what is available to us.
In time we will feature road testing and in some cases dyno readings.
Thank you for checking us out and be sure to look out for future videos.
@@kuluinmufflers4100 Thanks guys, appreciate the reply. Always good to see somebody coming up with a quality product. I'll be waiting for a dyno run or an on road test for a driver impression. In the meantime I'll be keeping an eye out for more videos.
Id love one for my Fortuner !!!
We haven't worked on one of them as yet. If the opportunity comes we will certainly look at it
@@kuluinmufflers4100 pity im in WA 😭
Did you delete the dpf sir?
Wouldn't a rear muffler be required for back pressure. Hence better performance?
It's not an issue with the dpf
How much would the system cost
Put a hotdog on the rear for medium sound amd remove the DPF and tune it for the best sound and gains
what about the CAT, is it still legal?
doesn't sound too bad 👍how would 3" from dpf sound 🤷🏻
3 inch is good just quite. All the same performance just less volume
@@kuluinmufflers4100what thickness is your stainless?
with this kit will it still be road legal?
Yes, it is the correct distance past the cabin.
@@kuluinmufflers4100 how much for the kit?
The motor isn’t completely different.
??? why not
