- 吐司面包是常常出现在我们的早餐里,两片吐司涂上果酱,或是夹上鸡蛋、蔬菜和火腿,就会是一份简单健康的早餐。这次跟大家分享可可巧克力双色吐司面包,普通吐司面包加上可可粉就可以制作出一个颜值高而且比想象还要容易做的吐司面包。
【 1份吐司食材 】
275g 高筋面粉
45g 细砂糖
3g 盐
4g 速溶干酵母
0.5 鸡蛋液
150ml 鲜奶
35g 无盐牛油
8g 可可粉
【 2份吐司食材】
550g 高筋面粉
90g 细砂糖
6g 盐
8g 速溶干酵母
1 鸡蛋液
300ml 鲜奶
70g 无盐牛油
16g 可可粉

209*119*113mm

请问为什么烤出来在盖上盖子的地方会比较硬是什么原因.
可能你的上火比较大,可以调整上火,或是调整面包的位置

烤麵包温度和时间僅供參考而已哦,每個烤箱都不一样,要自己做調整 :)

150ml, 慢慢加入,如果太湿就可以停止
为什么我做了切的时候面包会塌下去
有很多原因哦,可能烤不熟,可能發酵過度,可以google找出原因 😊
