    一起来做紫薯双色牛奶土司。这次采用原味土司,加上天然紫薯粉制作成紫面团,叠卷成美美的双色土司面包。外层烤好颜色黄金,观感漂亮。切开内部有满满的紫白旋螺,非常蓬松柔软,厉害回弹。奶香味面包搭配加上淡淡紫薯口味,香甜温暖~ 烤好立刻吃最香,最新鲜了。
    收藏方式:收在密封塑料带,室温可存留3天,冰库可存留一个月左右,要吃前解冻,即可保持原本柔软度。
    Let's make Purple Potato Swirl Milk Bread Loaf. This recipe uses original bread loaf, combined with natural purple potato powder to create purple dough, stacked and rolled into beautiful two-toned bread loaf. The outer layer is baked till beautifully golden. When cut open, interior is full of purple and white spirals, very soft fluffy and spring back easily. Milky flavor bread pairs with light purple potato flavor, sweet and warm~ Most delicious and freshest when eaten once freshly baked.
    Storage Method: Store them in sealed plastic bag, at room temperature for 3 days, or freezer storage for about one month. Thaw before eating to maintain the original softness.
    ♦Ingredients食材=450g Loaf Tin 土司盒 (10.5cm x 10.5cm x 19.5cm) =
    =Bread Dough 面包面团=
    155g Lukewarm Milk (below 40C) 温牛奶 (40C以下)
    3g Instant Dry Yeast 速溶酵母
    3g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    295g High Protein Flour/Bread Flour 高筋面粉
    6g Salt 盐
    40g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    54g Whole Egg 全蛋液
    30g Unsalted Butter (Soften) 无盐牛油(软化)
    13g Purple Potato Powder 紫薯粉
    25g Water 水
    Whole Egg Wash 刷全蛋液
    (Preheated Oven 180C: 40-45minutes) (Midway when browning enough, rotate pan, cover aluminium foil)
    (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, 4th Rack)
    (预热烤箱180C: 40-45分钟) (中途上色足够后,旋转烤盘,盖铝箔纸)
    (上下火,不开旋风,第四层烤)
    (Internal Temperature内部温度: 90-95C)

    如果可以用蒸熟的紫薯泥代替紫薯粉,相信面包的味道会更好,不过配方里的分量应该要重新调整了!

    Y use warm milk? We are taught to always use cold liquid as thr dough temperature should not exceed 26 degrees when kneading

      Yes you can, u need to adjust according to your own preference. As cocoa and matcha powder are bitter in taste

      Yes you can, but the amount may differ, you can try with 60g purple potato puree and see
