      Hi, can increase the amount of gelatin if your cake wasn’t firm enough. Thank you.

    hii, i want to ask something, can i use agar instead of gelatin? and if i can, is it still gonna be the same measurement?

      Hi, it's tricky because agar-agar needs to be cooked before being added into the cheesecake mixture. You'll have to increase the water amount to cook the agar with. Can use 2g of agar for the strawberry puree. 7g for the cheesecake.

      simply double the recipe amount for 20 cm pan.
