First time making a cake and it was the best tasting cheesecake. I made a gluten free & dairy free version with a chocolate crust since I think it goes well with strawberry. The gelatin and jelly jam layer really makes it so soft and fluffy and adds an asian flair that I prefer over new york cheese cakes. The only issue is the sugar content. Not great if your trying to cut less on sugar and it's so easy to binge on it.

Same😭 but thanks to my amazing grandma who does everything for her grandchildren I can make it🩷 last time we cooked with her I took her 2 weeks to find the right ingredients, she wanted to give up but since we were 7 and 8, she knew that we would be really sad, so she eventually found the ingredients and we made strawberry mochis :) ps: (they were really good)

Well, you definitely need to use half of the batter to add the strawberry jam. I used 2 pockets of unflavored gelatin (7g) sold in the u.s....and I also used the strawberry glaze for the middle filling, and it turned out looking great 😅.. now please tell me the name of the song used after 3:46 please I know I heard it some where

After I made the cheesecake and it had been chilled for several hours, the cheesecake held onto the acetate cake collar really well and I lifted everything out of the pan very quickly onto another plate. I was really scared everything would fall out, but it didn't. Even with a larger cake, everything held together so I would think the 6 inch would be really easy.
I gave it my college try. Mine turned out nothing like this. Doing the whole grams to cups and so on is always a failure waiting to happen. 40 grams of Lorna dune is 6 small squares. Not even close to a crust. So odd to a new recipe with better luck.
your video ingredients do not add up. it leaves to much to much guess work do you have a printed recipe that detail your ingredients in better detail you started out good then you left me confused

You can also buy a brand of gelatin that just requires hot water! I personally used one like that and the cheesecake turned out amazing!!
you can put the bowl of gelatin in a bowl of hot water, the gelatin mixture will melt
