50g granulated sugar
10ml lemon juice
■Peach rare cheesecake
100g graham crackers
30g melted butter
200g cream cheese
40g granulated sugar
30ml hot water
6g sheet gelatin
150ml heavy cream
10g granulated sugar
peach + syrup
■Peach jelly
6g sheet gelatin
30ml hot water
200ml peach syrup

4:31 Agua helada
4:38 150ml de crema espesa/nata/crema de leche

6:03 Melocotón + almíbar = 150g
7:55 Refrigerar por 3 horas
8:04 ■ Gelatina de melocotón:
6g de gelatina en hoja
8:15 30ml de agua caliente
8:43 200ml de almíbar de melocotón
9:30 Refrigerar por 5 horas
