Great flight (and history lesson!)
Great looking rocket , nice flight.
Beautiful flight! Looking forward to seeing it fly again!
The Arcas used to go up to 100,000 and release a weather Ballon.
Great flight! Congratulations!
Nice flight! Nice model...
I had the original Estes Arcas back about 1968-69. Flew as well as this mini-engine model you've got.
Nice launch and recovery. If the nose cone is lawn darted into the ground increase the streamer length 2× and slow down the decent.❤
Cool that Estes is making an Arcas model. When I was in middle school back in the 90s, my all-time favorite rocket was my Aerotech Arcas. I might check out that Estes model, thanks 😊
That's a nice little rocket, seen your build as well. Well it's a bigger small rocket. The NS stuck was a gem. That book is rare and hard to find, also very expensive. There was a pdf, but it got scrubbed by the authors publisher for some reason.
I wish they would release a series of sounding rockets all at same scale, accurate markings and a short history. And then web links to further study. Make these legendary rockets live on with some perspective on what they accomplished.
Cool little rocket.
Glad it ejected the nose cone and streamer before the engine popped out. Whew!
