Breathing is the Essence of life-giving force, and I have been practicing it for the last 30+ years. I don't want to appear pompous or egoistic, but I appear younger than my siblings even though I am older than them by about 10/15 years. I totally agree with the message of this video. It is about enhancing our health through proper breathing exercises. Practice it and your life will change for the better.
Buddhism teaches you the matering of breath through "Añapana Sathi" meditation which is the basic and the fiest steo to taming the mind and in Yoga Philosophy it is called "Pranayama".So in Jainism.
I am suffering from chronic pain something I didn't cause but through help with positive thinking can help as long as I believe the will of the mind is my power tool to use

Most of my adult life my mild anxiety was reflecting though holding my breath in the moments of whatever I perceive as source of stress! It has taken me very long time to become aware of it. Anyone with the similar experience? It is happening unnoticeable to others, except for tearing eyes. This is affecting my life in so many ways. Making me feel instant shame. etc And now it takes equality long time to discover proper breathing. Right now on the journey to exploring breath! Wish me luck ! Blessings to people who posted this.

I used to control my breathing as a child to help me with the neglect and abuse I suffered and found that when I walked up hills I could use my breath to stop me feeling out of breath
very good video essay. At this stage of my practice,one continuous breath takes 65 seconds to complete. as far as emergency breathing, also called chest breathing, the last time I did that was in 1988 the second week in February at 2:30 pm. it was also the first time which made it so significant.
It's true as my breath is only 3 or sometimes 2 really you have the remote control in you and no fatigue at any point of time and recharge every time you awake to optimum level and you can understand the impossible for many others and in super health condition and feel like youth and you can play around with your desire and lust and it's under your control and your sensory organs are at top level to distinguish things and feel the best and reject the worst and it will transcend you to a different dimension altogether you will attract the right virtue and you will become a power centre not by you but by yourself
in the end nothing matters. don't wait for the end to find out you wasted your precious breaths on living a lie, live beautifully every moment of your life now. there is only now, live beautifully please.. let the drama go on, but you be beautiful, shine brightly please, we need you

Concernant la respiration abdominale, on s'entend sur son importance. Mais ça prend un guide/un maître ( en yoga, tai chi, etc.) pour s'aventurer dans ça. Demandez à un yogi, la respiration peut s'accompagner de phénomènes qui présentent certains dangers quand c'est mal fait.
