Yes, thanks to him. Please allow me to interrupt. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. In Pidhauli (Vaishali) the local deity is Bardiha Baba. Bardiha means the Baba who didn't allow us to stay where he was staying. Bardiha Baba is the Buddha no doubt because he didn't allow the crowd of Lichavies to stay with him in Bandagama. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to Buddhists. I have just videographed Maha Prajapati Gautamies Parinirvana temple. Both past & future thoughts give us pain in the form of regrets & fear. So, it is best to live at the present moment i.,e 'NOW'. This is the lesson taught through this story..

Thank you for sharing this inspiring story, the mind can play tricks on you, if you feed it bad thoughts it will ruin your life, and make you depressed
@@justshine3678 Practicals are important. Sit still in one place, back erect, close your eyes and observe your incoming breath for 10-15 minutes daily. I have been to some of the villages in Bihar where the Buddha taught the four noble truths. One of them is Bhatgawan mispronounounced as Bandagawan in the Mahaparinirvana story. Very educative. Just like figments of uncontrolled imagination , it seems. But more than that, letting go of them, results in them not feeding on a victim, and thereby, they cease to exist. But your wisdom seems greater than that of the Chinese emperor, and possibly that of the sage, (unless he tried to deceive the emperor into letting go of of the unrest he caused himself), as pretending that mind doesn't exist because the emperor wasn't clever enough to understand that consciousness can be impossible to locate, beyond knowing that it's everywhere within. That does not mean consciousness, or mind does not exist, which a sage worth his salt should have surely known.

Great sir.. at last u explained..my eyes r filled with tears..thanks sir..all we need this message to our life..salute to sir by lightning Buddha teaching.. just incredible
That explains my experience: when I have troubled feelings and thoughts and start to meditate and observe those inner disturbances, I used to feel silence, calm, and steadfastness. That is my true self... the empty, yet serene and steadfast essence. Not my thoughts, not my emotions, not my desires, not my aversions, etc.
"I wonder what my next thought is going to be?" Or "what will be my next thought?" Or simply "my next thought!", meditating anytime by repeating one of the above phrases and be with the gap of silence it creates....is simplest and most effective, is of much helpful
Thanks a lot for this soo good wisdomsword! In my country Sweden we could it Mindfullness, that ju just let thoughts come and You observe them without give them any valuation, just let them go away!
@Icewulf - The best way to understand it is via experience. I could give you a lot of words and theory but the best way is… look around your local area - I suggest starting with Yoga studios - find where KIRTAN is going on… GO to Kirtan - go to several bcoz they’re not all the same - the Kirtan Walla can make a big difference - sing with them - don’t worry about understanding all the words - just follow along and sing - Kirtan is call and response - those Sanskrit words are Mantras - if you give yourself over to it and participate fully, you will find yourself in The Present Moment and there you will find you Understand on a level that is beyond words. THATS what it’s about.
this is such a wise teaching i am very fortunate to come acrost it. so much talk and fantasizing about the mind and bodhidarma clears the clouds of confusion
....The way of thoughts to accomplish our needs, is a branch of fun good thoughts to experience at times....If one is experiencing uncontrolled thoughts of dislike, one should not hate this to much or at all....You don't want to hate yourself....Yet one must not let these thoughts lead to destructive actions....If things start going in that direction, one must turn away from those thoughts.... See the fire lesson....Fire looks and feels special, but to close to fire will hurt...We learn fast this lesson, and know how to handle most fire constructively, though it is in the flame on the earth or in the sun of the sky or elsewhere.....Just know that thoughts are their and use them well.... Though they are abstract and invisible, they are like the fire on the ground or in the sky....They are the fire in you and out of you....We must Frigg them, fix, repair, improve, and grow good; so thoughts like the sun are a helpful experience, when we are handling them....
Sadhu! Sadhu! Bless the name of Buddha. Thank you for this video. You Don't know how much I needed it. I mind is very unstable for past few days. Thank you so much brother.
As the emperor in the story I myself could not come out. So I lost lot of good fortune because I was travelling with my mind as one.I could not differentiate what is mind and the true self.Today 8feb 2022 by your kindness I saw my Self and found mind is nothing but a hurdle which stops our progress.Ignore mind be a silent spectator everything will be peaceful and blissful.Thank you.
Thank you. The only problem is that it is easy said than done. You can be a witness to your toughts for a moment but your mind always gets attached to another thought that pops up. I have tried many techniques over the years but does not work. One day i will find the Truth how to be at peace with my thoughts and live in the present moment. Thank you
“One day I will find the Truth”. That’s just another obsessing thought. The awareness that witness this thought is the real peace. And that awareness is always Here and Now. Not in “some day” or “some yesterday”. Both past and future thoughts are all illusion. You cannot grab hold of illusion but you can realize that illusion as illusion and therefore be free from all illusion.
These stories are always amazing to me. In a few simple words that are easy to remember, an idea has moved into my mind. I was aware of the chatter in my mind being an activity, but I never thought of seeking its origin. The simple act of focusing the activity of thought, to feeling the sensation of air flowing through my nose, is a simple way to stop the chatter in my mind albeit temporarily. Breath deep, then let it all go.
If you close your eyes and breath you should feel a sensation in your body let it flow down to the tip of your toes think of toes think of the breath you take flows down your body makes a big difference how you feel after kk
Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance- wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..

She is regarded the great grandmother of that are just as Buddha is regarded as grandfather (Baba).

Thanks Bro for your video 🙏💐🎁🍬💷🍫🍩☺️
He deserves the thanks. Please allow me to interrupt. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. What a beautiful story. Lord Buddha teach the world the peace , how to our control of mind.
Yes. Yesterday at the doctor's office I saw a sign that said, "the only one who can give you peace is you".
There's no market for Peace. But only a market for perpetual conflict, unfortunately.
Both past & future thoughts give us pain in the form of regrets & fear. So, it is best to live at the present moment i.,e 'NOW'. This is the lesson taught through this story..
Namo Buddhay. Namaste. India is still a Buddhist country.

Very nice video
I have been to some of the villages in Bihar where the Buddha taught the four noble truths. One of them is Bhatgawan mispronounounced as Bandagawan in the Mahaparinirvana story. Very educative. If you accept that it is there, you can let go of it. Any aversion just makes it stronger
Agreed what I resist persist.
Meditatation Is The Solution To All The Problems.. ☺

MaGiCaL Bless everybody who read this Body, Mind, and Soul! Liam Stockholm, Sweden ❤🙏
You are right, thank you for reminding me! 🙏
_most_ _beautiful_ _story_ _I_ _have_ _ever_ _heard_ 😭😭 _thank_ _you_ _so_ _much_ _for_ _this_ 😭

Great story 🙏
"I wonder what my next thought is going to be?" Or "what will be my next thought?" Or simply "my next thought!", meditating anytime by repeating one of the above phrases and be with the gap of silence it creates....is simplest and most effective, is of much helpful

A very good story and explained with so much clarity in a simple way. Mind is just an activity, you don`t like it, stop it. Thank you...
This is one of the best explanations of this concept, thank you.
Excellent all are unconscious thoughts needs conscious to aware thoughtless gives calm peace happiness ...
Wise and inspiring words to take control of our minds...and our life.
Thank you Gautan buddha and bodhidharma for your guidance
Buddhism is mind science. Lord Buddha was a great psychologist and psychiatrist
I agree with you
And the word ‘Mantra’ means ‘mind tool’…
எண்ணங்கள் பின்னால் போவாமல் அதை சாட்சியை கவனி -ரேகா பத்மநாபன் 💞💞
He was the best
this is such a wise teaching i am very fortunate to come acrost it. so much talk and fantasizing about the mind and bodhidarma clears the clouds of confusion
....The way of thoughts to accomplish our needs, is a branch of fun good thoughts to experience at times....If one is experiencing uncontrolled thoughts of dislike, one should not hate this to much or at all....You don't want to hate yourself....Yet one must not let these thoughts lead to destructive actions....If things start going in that direction, one must turn away from those thoughts....
Thankyou
Thanks for sharing ! . I hope my anxiety sickness will be recovered . I’m learning watching those fear thoughts like passing clouds .

Amazing video. I am grateful to watch it.

Beautiful explanation 🙏
TQ guruji TQ universe TQ my self
I have no words to thank u or admire ur effort.this all ur work is priceless to me.thank u.... thank u soooo much........
Thank you.
The only problem is that it is easy said than done.
You can be a witness to your toughts for a moment but your mind always gets attached to another thought that pops up.
I have tried many techniques over the years but does not work.
One day i will find the Truth how to be at peace with my thoughts and live in the present moment.
Thank you
How
“One day I will find the Truth”.
Thank you for posting .
Thank you. Thank you universe. Thanyk
Your voice produces positive vibes
Thank you
Thanks for spreading the gems of wisdom 🙏🏻
These stories are always amazing to me. In a few simple words that are easy to remember, an idea has moved into my mind. I was aware of the chatter in my mind being an activity, but I never thought of seeking its origin. The simple act of focusing the activity of thought, to feeling the sensation of air flowing through my nose, is a simple way to stop the chatter in my mind albeit temporarily. Breath deep, then let it all go.
I am so with you. It's great stuff. Namaste.
Focusing on breathing is one of the oldest and best meditation techniques.
If you close your eyes and breath you should feel a sensation in your body let it flow down to the tip of your toes think of toes think of the breath you take flows down your body makes a big difference how you feel after kk
Love u Buddha without u there many problems.
Thank you for teaching what I have never been taught before. These lessons are so helpful to me, and I will share them with my children
TQ universe TQ budda TQ myself
