Seems like a fun way to spice discard up, the multiple Draculas sharing the Apoc is both funny and genius. I dont think it necessarily eliminates the ability for your opponent to math out your max power, but it definitely makes it harder. The high roll of this deck also puts out way more power than normal Discard, so even if they can math it out, theyll still have a pretty hard time overcoming it all.
I’ve been playing something similar with Magik instead of Ravona because I like getting the extra draw step. Super fun bit of spice to discard, love the videos.
Just a note but you could add in Magik as a backup incase you don’t pull your Rav. It would essentially allow you to do the same combo just a turn later. Maybe drop the swarm for her? Does kinda ruin the backup standard discard play, but will keep your double drac apoc play safe from swarms for the turn 7 Modok.

This is a great example of the transparency & authenticity I've always dug in your videos (admitting you had long losing streaks with the deck). Not naming names, but I can't tell you how many times I've seen other streamers struggle for hours with some self brewed meme deck, posting a yt video the next day of all 5 of their wins (they got over a 3 hour stream) with them making the home alone face on the thumbnail with some disingenuous click bait-y title
I know there's nothing that a stranger on the internet can say to alleviate the exhaustion and frustration you mentioned feeling towards the end of the video, but I hope it's worth something to know that we're all rooting for you and your family. Hope you can get some sleep, Regis!
Always funny when what I think is a purposeful, calculated move turns out to be a complete accident. In the triple Dracula game, I thought you played Dracula there because you didn't want to double up on any lane, but you actually hadn't realized he would respawn after the Zola, lmao.

I used a similar deck for a while. It was before Renslayer came out so I had other ways of playing Zola a turn early (Magik, Psylocke, Sera). I was also using Forge, Brood, Surfer, Wong. Forge/Surfer allowed for a bigger Daken (before discarding shards) or bigger Brood. In some cases, Wong could give me 2 shards for 1 Daken. Magik and Sera together made for some surprising turn 7s and allowed me to hide Wong until the end for some big Surfer/Daken plays. I played vs. someone using an almost identical deck but with Strong Guy and no Apoc. Modok would clear their hand and SG would get his buff. Probably the 2nd funnest deck I've ever used.
11:54 Galactus left would win for the opponent (only if Chavez's copy went mid, which it did). They would end up with 31 left against your 24 from the lone dracula.
Would be very insane if they had galactus and played that much into sinister London though so you'd probably eliminate that option out of expected cards for the opponent to play
At 7:12 would the best plan be to play the morbius? if he survived the alioth he’s be at least 6 power plus the 3 draws would get plus 8 or higher depending how many hit apoc if they hit Chavez or modok. While the opponent could only play 5 power in one location. Obviously all said hindsight hard to think of in the moment

In the first game: Why didn't the 2 dakens that get duplicated on turn 5 by Zola not produce 2 shards in the hand? I know Regis couldn't have discarded both but shouldn't he still have two in hand?
I tried this deck because discard is my main archetype, and honestly its a 5/10 I pulled it off once out of like 15 games. It can still win without the main combo though.

Could be a good deck when mobius gets nerfed, first week of mobius is just gonna be dodging mobius every game. Yesterday my opponent played mobius 60% of matches.

Discard is already reliant on the modok and hela combo. And now this deck just increases it. You need renslayer, Dracula/daken, modok and arnim zola. Lol

With these turn 6 retreats, I'd love to have seen the cube rate with snaps. The stats you show at the beginning are probably pretty deflated

Maybe have invis woman for backup if u don't get ravioli. Play invis woman and modok behind her turn 5 and Arnim Zola the daken turn 6

This is a variation on Apoc Discard, not Hela Discard. Similar cards, totally different deck.
