I came from another one of your videos, just to see how you did this. I recall the 'warp' tool (somewhere in the back of my mind next to the dust bunnies and cob webs) but when you add the type + a shape = Omg this is a something I had to learn and you've made it simple. Thanks bro you rock.

I tried to do this with a heart shape but I keep getting a message, “this requires a selection of multiple objects. The top object must be a single path or mesh, or symbol containing a single path or mesh”. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, Can you show how to do heart shape with text? Thank you!

Make sure you're text and shape are on the same layer. Put the heart shape on the top then try again :)
