On the the newer version, when you go to add the Extrude & Bevel, go to Effect, drag the cursor over 3D and Materials, THEN you have to drag the cursor over the bottom option 3D (classic), then click that Extrude & Bevel (Classic) I got lost and frustrated why the shapes weren’t separating for way too long lol

I knew I had use this before but couldn't find it again or remember what it was called and all other tutorials and whatever took me to the perspective tool and other overly complicated ways to achieve this, but finally! Thanks for the video, this is exactly what I needed and it has saved me a lot of time.
5:52 The end result is fantastic even though you could have done this inside the 3D dialog box sections using "Map Art" and symbols. But like I said, that end result without it is fantastic. Great tutorial.
Running Illustrator 26.4.1 and my 3D object will not ungroup. Do you have any suggestions on how to get the object to break apart? Awesome Tutorial, exactly what I needed to find if I could figure out how to get it to work on my version of Illustrator!! haha!! Thanks!

Whenever I create another test, it just overrides the other and then has teo texts into one circle. It keeps pasting stupid texts when I drag a text box.
I need some serious help. This should be so easy. Is there any way I can reach you direct to solve my issue. This video gets close but does not solve my problem. Hope to hear from you soon!
