I have the Pivot S 2-in-1. What are the wheel speed numbers I should put on the hidden menu for the street wheels and the all-terrain wheels? So my speed and mileage numbers are correct.

Hi, I’ve bought a board from propel ev and it arrived five days ago. I drove it twice. The first time I drove about 2/3 kilometres and the battery died without any warnings, I thought it was because I didn’t charge it when it arrived, so I put it on the charger for like five hours. Today I decided to drive again but unfortunately the battery died again after just 3/4 kilometres again without any warnings. It’s a little cold outside but it’s not under the zero. What is the problem and what should I do now? It’s pivot gt 2in1

Hi there. Not sure if anyone answered your question. I have the same board. Just press and hold (3 seconds) the button on the right; it says ""reverse", but if you hold it, it will turn the lights on. I hope that helps. -Gru

Hi Russ, You & your channels 411 are very helpful. I received my Propel Endeavor about a week ago. 1st ride worked fine, went about a mile. When I came out of a store, It would not work. I had fully charged the remote & board. The power 🔋 bottom is always on? It turns off with remote--for 3 seconds then comes back on. How do I defrag & reboot- or? Please help! Going nuts, want to go for a ride. Hope to hear from you soon. 👍 Sssss model
Hi Russ, I was just wondering what the wheel speed option is for? And/or how it works. I also have the stock 8 inch wheels, so I guess I'll take your word for it and set it to 80.
These are preset from the factory. Only time youd change it is if you changed tire size. This cant hurt you or anything, its just a number to let the esc know what size tire youre using for tracking mileage accurately

HI , i have s2 almost brand new , when i accelerate with the board with fully charged battery , 2 or 3 lines from the battery go away until i slow down . is that normal ? . thanks for answering me
I noticed that when I go downhill I can’t decrease the brake pressure. I can only release them. I don’t have issues on flat surfaces. For example, going downhill If I brake 80%, then I release them a little to 60% nothing changes it is still at 80%. If I release them to 0% then I can apply 60%. Any idea how to fix this?
Hi. Can i change to 99 wheel speed on endeavor s. 8’? If not, why???! On 80 WS I have 51 km speed. On 99 it 63 km speed. I am not tested it on roar yet👌 Best regards!
You can, follow the link below to learn how to find the hidden menu. For an S I believe it should be set at 85 or 87, I'll get clarity tonight. Do not change that, its the frequency your remote works on, leave at factory setting

Hold down the speed (right button) for 2-3 seconds). Same thing to turn them back off.
