    I would recommend that you provide torque specs for those bolts going into the board.
    At a minimum it should be done by hand rather than with a screw gun.

    • @propelvirtualgarage963
      @propelvirtualgarage963  2 года назад

      They just hold the deck onto the battery enclosure and there are 12, no real need to torque.

    • @fortystories7748
      @fortystories7748 2 года назад

      @@propelvirtualgarage963 I disagree. What happens if I torque these to 55nm vs 8nm. If these are 8mm 8.8 grade bolts a 30nm rating would be normal. You went to the trouble to make a video so the engineering team should put the effort in to provide you a torque spec.

    • @fortystories7748
      @fortystories7748 2 года назад

      For anyone else who is interested. I would recommend 3nm for the deck bolts.

    • @propelvirtualgarage963
      @propelvirtualgarage963  2 года назад

      @@fortystories7748 If you torque to 55nm, you will snap the screws. Nothing on the board is torqued to over 12nm and we dont have a torque spec for the deck bolts as they are not mechanical. The deck is more like a cover for the battery box. No flex and it sits on a unibody chassis.

    Came here looking to see if these would work on my X4S, but now im excited since you said specific ones are coming for it. Hope they release on time for next Spring season. Also was wondering how we switch our X4S into 2WD or 4WD mode from AWD since it says it can do that, haven't found any information on that.

    If you buy a endeavor 2 pro and buy the bindings, can you request to have them already installed?

    • @propelvirtualgarage963
      @propelvirtualgarage963  2 года назад

      No, for 2 reasons.
      1. The packaging is very shape specific
      2. The boards are sent to distribution points and dispatched from there. Adding bindings would require stocking 2 models instead of 1.

      @@robertgagnon1122 Probably not as its the same as Endeavor. With X4s, the plate isnt contoured so you get each bolt started and tighten them evenly and it sucks the plate down and contours it. Hi Russ! Having some trouble with the binding and hope you can help. When affixing the binding for a regular stance, the left front strap (the non-ratchet side), does not grab the strap, effectively rendering the binding useless as any amount of force causes the band to slip out. I've recorded a brief 30 second video showing what I am experiencing here:
    ruclips.net/video/VDMcBDTxhC0/видео.html
    As evidenced in the video, I've got the tab flipped in both a down and up position with little to no difference in the hold. Please can you help me know if I'm doing something wrong, or if perhaps I've a defective binding?

    • @propelvirtualgarage963
      @propelvirtualgarage963  2 года назад +1

      You have to fold up that locking clip. Seems like it doesnt want to go but keep pushing and it'll flip over to the locked position.
      Its not you, that clip is purposely tight, deceiving, but it does flip
